Abstract
EN : The work is presented on 75 pages, printed text, 2 tables, 1 figure, 2 appendices. The list of references includes 96 sources. The object of the study is the resilience of students. In the modern world, a person is constantly tested for the strength of his life resilience. Pandemic, war, social and personal changes - their number and intensity are constantly growing every year. The information flow carries a lot of negative news, stress, constant shelling, the death of familiar and unfamiliar people, social, economic and political crises become an extraordinary test of psychological resilience for every person. Children are especially at risk. Today, students need psychological support, knowledge about the development of resilience and adaptability in everyday life much more than a few years ago. One of the criteria for assessing the quality of creating a comfortable, safe educational environment, teaching children to communicate non-toxically with each other, and in the student-teacher plane is the psychological resilience of the individual. No one can change the course of today's events, but providing a child with a careful attitude to experiencing war in life experience is a fundamental factor in fostering a sense of security and motivation to learn. Since a child spends a significant part of his time in the school environment, it is this environment that has a significant impact on his behavior and mental state. The discourse on "community resilience" is based on the idea that "the whole is something greater than the sum of the parts", namely: the manifestation of resilience by people of one community is not just the same, but common. Based on this statement, it should be noted the importance of studying the factors of formation of resilience of education seekers as a stable social group, taking into account the fact that they not only study together, but also jointly experience traumatic events dictated by this time and in these conditions. Scientific novelty: for the first time, the relationship between the level of resilience and value orientations of students of a general secondary education institution has been empirically studied; the relationship between the level of resilience and the attitude of students to each other, to teachers, parents and friends has been identified. Psychological features and promising directions of development of individual resilience in conditions of martial law have been identified. The resource potential of resilience, its connection with psychological well-being and self-actualization of the individual have been determined.
