Особливості англо-українського аудіомедіального перекладу на матеріалі кінострічки Джо Рая Pride and Prejudice

Abstract

UA : Об’єктом цього дослідження є способи досягнення динамічної еквівалентності англо-українського перекладу кінотексту фільму режисера Джо Райта «Pride and Prejudice» (2005). Метою дослідження полягає у визначенні характерних рис перекладу кінематографічного матеріалу фільму, аналізі використаних перекладацьких прийомів та виявленні закономірностей перекладу з англійської мови українською фільму Джо Рая «Pride and Prejudice».Теоретико-методологічні засади. Особливості перекладу кіноматеріалів досліджували такі науковці, як А. Гудманян, В. Демецька, Т. Лук'янова, Т. Малкович, О. Орєхова, Ю. Плетенецька, О. Ребрій, М. Юрковська та інші. Проте досі є багато аспектів, які потребують додаткового вивчення та пояснення. Отримані результати показали, що динамічна еквівалентність є основним засобом досягнення ідентичного впливу на глядача перекладеного фільму та важливим критерієм для оцінки якості перекладу. Вимоги до перекладу кінематографічних творів розроблені з урахуванням фонетичного, лексико-семантичного та синтаксичного рівнів. У процесі перекладу кінематографічних матеріалів перекладач використовує комбінацію лексичних, граматичних та стилістичних трансформацій, при цьому кількість змішаних трансформацій значно перевищує кількість окремих трансформацій одного типу., калькування, описовий переклад і смисловий розвиток. Перекладацька стратегія зосереджена на збереженні комунікативної функції та відтворенні аналогічної естетичної функції.EN : The presented paper is dedicated to the Peculiarities of English-Ukrainian Audiovisual Translation Based on Joe Wright's Film Pride and Prejudice. The object of of the work is the methods for achieving dynamic equivalence in the English-Ukrainian translation of the film text of Joe Wright's «Pride and Prejudice» (2005). The main aim of the paper consists in the research is to identify the characteristic features of translating cinematographic material in the film, analyze the translation techniques employed, and determine the patterns of translation from English into Ukrainian in Joe Wright's «Pride and Prejudice». It determined the accomplishment of such objectives as:1. To identify the historical development of artistic film translation in Ukraine.2. To define the specificity of dynamic equivalence as a key tool for achieving adequacy in artistic film translation. 3. To characterize cinematic texts as a unique type of literary translation.4. To examine the peculiarities of translating cinematic texts. 5. To investigate lexical, grammatical, and stylistic transformations. The peculiarities of translating cinematographic materials have been explored by researchers such as A. Hudmanyan, V. Demetska, T. Lukyanova, T. Malkovych, O. Orekhova, Yu. Pletenetska, O. Rebriy, M. Yurkivska, and others. However, many aspects still require further investigation and clarification. The scientific novelty of this research lies in the analysis of the translation of linguistic and stylistic devices in cinematic texts (based on the film «Pride and Prejudice»), as well as in the characterization of the translation transformations employed during the translation process.
