Abstract

UA : Мета дослідження – проаналізувати особливості соціальної роботи з родинами, які перебувають у складних життєвих умовах, визначити її зміст, форми й методи, а також обґрунтувати шляхи підвищення ефективності соціальної підтримки в умовах сучасних соціальних викликів. Об’єкт дослідження – родини, що опинилися в складних життєвих умовах. Предмет дослідження – зміст, напрями, методи та організація соціальної роботи з родинами у складних життєвих умовах. Методи дослідження: аналіз і узагальнення наукових джерел, спостереження, аналіз статистичних даних, контент-аналіз нормативно-правових документів, систематизація та класифікація. Гіпотеза дослідження: полягає в тому, що ефективність соціальної роботи з родинами у складних життєвих умовах підвищується за умови індивідуального підходу, міжвідомчої взаємодії та застосування сімейно-орієнтованих технологій підтримки. Висновки: 1. Соціальна робота з родинами у складних життєвих умовах потребує комплексного, міжвідомчого та індивідуального підходу. 2. Найефективнішими моделями роботи з уразливими родинами є сімейноорієнтований підхід, кейс-менеджмент та соціальний супровід. 3. Запропонована програма соціальної підтримки родин у складних життєвих умовах підтвердила свою результативність і може бути використана у практичній діяльності соціальних служб.EN : The aim of the study is to analyse the specific features of social work with families experiencing challenging life conditions, to determine its content, forms, and methods, as well as to substantiate ways to enhance the effectiveness of social support in the context of contemporary social challenges. The object of the study is families who find themselves in challenging life conditions. The subject of the study is the content, directions, methods, and organisation of social work with families in challenging life conditions. Research methods: analysis and synthesis of scientific sources, observation, analysis of statistical data, content analysis of regulatory and legal documents, systematisation and classification. Research hypothesis: the effectiveness of social work with families in challenging life conditions increases when an individualised approach, interagency cooperation, and family-oriented support technologies are applied. Conclusions: 1. Social work with families in challenging life conditions requires a comprehensive, interagency, and individualised approach. 2. The most effective models for working with vulnerable families include the family-oriented approach, case management, and social support. 3. The proposed programme of social support for families in challenging life conditions has proven its effectiveness and can be applied in the practical activities of social services.
