Abstract
EN : The work is presented on 49 pages of printed text, contains 2 figures, 11 tables, 6 appendices. The list of references includes 86 sources. The object of the study: civilian life of the individual in conditions of prolonged military danger. The full-scale military aggression against Ukraine led to radical changes in the conditions of life of the civilian population, transforming military danger from a short-term extreme factor into a long-term, chronic background of everyday life. Unlike acute traumatic events, which have relatively clear time limits, chronic military threat is characterized by uncertainty, repetition of stressors and gradual depletion of adaptive resources of the individual. In this context, the problem of psychological adaptation of the individual to prolonged military danger, which transforms civilian life into a mode of constant mobilization of psychological resources, and not just overcoming a single traumatic event, acquires special scientific and practical significance. The scientific novelty of the bachelor's thesis lies in the fact that it: clarifies the content of the concept of effective psychological adaptation, taking into account the specifics of civilian everyday life; systematizes psychological adaptation mechanisms according to the criterion of conscious / unconscious and substantiates the leading role of active conscious mechanisms in ensuring effective adaptation in conditions of chronic threat.
