Участь міжнародних компаній інфраструктурних проектах м. Запоріжжя

Abstract

UA : Актуальність тематики управління міжнародними проектами зумовлена динамікою інтеграції України у світове соціально-економічне товариство, необхідністю реформування управлінського сектору, появі нових точок взаємодії з іноземними партнерами та необхідністю швидкого відновлення обʼєктів та галузей, які постараждали та продовжують страждати від російської агресії. В роботі описується стан та перспективи міжнародної проектної діяльності підприємств та організацій в економічній та управлінській сферах в місті Запоріжжі та його громадах. Мета роботи - аналіз ринку можливостей інтеграції підприємств та організацій м. Запоріжжя для участі у міжнародних проєктах та отримання відповідної технічної та фінансової підтримки. Для досягнення визначеної мети необхідно виконаи наступні завдання: - описати загальний стан та перспективи ринку міжнародних проєктних можливостей для українських субʼєктів; - визначити основні проблеми українських субʼєктів на міжнародному ринку; - сформулювати пропозиції щодо доступу до проектних ресурсів та визначити пріоритети. Обʼєкт - організації та підприємства м. Запоріжжя. Предмет - управління проєктною діяльністю.EN : The relevance of the topic of international project management is due to the dynamics of Ukraine's integration into the world socio-economic society, the need to reform the management sector, the emergence of new points of interaction with foreign partners and the need for rapid restoration of facilities and industries that have suffered and continue to suffer from Russian aggression. The work describes the state and prospects of international project activities of enterprises and organizations in the economic and management spheres in the city of Zaporizhia and its communities. The purpose of the work is to analyze the market opportunities for the integration of enterprises and organizations of Zaporizhia to participate in international projects and receive appropriate technical and financial support. To achieve the specified goal, it is necessary to perform the following tasks: - describe the general state and prospects of the market of international project opportunities for Ukrainian entities; - identify the main problems of Ukrainian entities in the international market; - formulate proposals for access to project resources and determine priorities. Object - organizations and enterprises of Zaporizhia. Subject - project management.
