Дослідження проблемного поля організації на прикладі ТОВ «ПРОМТЕПЛОТЕХСЕРВІС»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: «Дослідження проблемного поля організації на прикладі ТОВ «ПРОМТЕПЛОТЕХСЕРВІС» : 60 сторінок, 15 таблиць, 6 рисунків. Перелік посилань нараховує 38 найменувань. Актуальність теми дослідження полягає в необхідності системного дослідження проблемного поля підприємства з метою своєчасної ідентифікації внутрішніх та зовнішніх факторів, що впливають на ефективність функціонування організації. Мета дослідження – розроблення теоретико-методичних положень і практичних рекомендацій щодо дослідження та оптимізації проблемного поля організації на прикладі ТОВ «ПРОМТЕПЛОТЕХСЕРВІС». Об’єкт дослідження – процес формування та управління проблемним полем підприємства. Предметом дослідження виступають теоретичні, методичні та прикладні аспекти ідентифікації, аналізу та оптимізації проблемного поля організації на прикладі ТОВ «ПРОМТЕПЛОТЕХСЕРВІС». У роботі здійснено теоретичне узагальнення наукових підходів до трактування сутності поняття «проблемне поле організації»; проведено комплексний аналіз діяльності підприємства, включаючи фінансовоекономічний аналіз, SWOT-аналіз, PEST-аналіз та аналіз конкурентного середовища. На основі отриманих результатів здійснено ідентифікацію ключових проблем підприємства та сформовано його проблемне поле. За результатами дослідження розроблено комплекс практичних рекомендацій щодо оптимізації проблемного поля підприємства.EN : Qualification work: “Research Into the Problem Area of the Organization Using the Example of LLC “PROMTEPLOTEKHSERVICE” : 60 pages, 15 tables, 6 figures. The relevance of the research topic lies in the need for a systematic study of the enterprise's problem area in order to timely identify internal and external factors that affect the effectiveness of the organization's functioning. The purpose of the research is to develop theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for the study and optimization of the organization's problem area using the example of LLC “PROMTEPLOTEKHSERVIS”. The object of the research is the process of forming and managing the enterprise's problem area. The subject of the research is the theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of identifying, analyzing and optimizing the organization's problem area using the example of LLC “PROMTEPLOTEKHSERVIS”. The work provides a theoretical generalization of scientific approaches to interpreting the essence of the concept of “organization's problem area”; a comprehensive analysis of the enterprise's activities is carried out, including financial and economic analysis, SWOT analysis, PEST analysis and analysis of the competitive environment. Based on the results obtained, the key problems of the enterprise are identified and its problem area is formed. Based on the results of the research, a set of practical recommendations for optimizing the enterprise's problem field are developed.
