Ефективність використання сучасних підходів спортивного менеджменту в дитячо-юнацькій спортивній школі

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота складається з: 54 сторінок, 1 таблицю, 1 рисунок, 74 літературних джерела. Об'єкт дослідження – спортивний менеджмент як складова частина праці тренерів-менеджерів. Μета роботи – визначити роль, значення ефективності фінансових та спортивних функцій менеджменту, які виконуються тренером-менеджером у ДЮСШ. Μетоди дослідження: аналіз наукової і науково-методичної літератури, педагогічні спостереження і вивчення передового досвіду тренерів-менеджерів, анкетування, методи математичної статистики. Наукова новизна дипломної роботи полягає в тому, що представлений матеріал доповнює зміст теорії і методики підготовки тренерів-менеджерів високої кваліфікації. Практична значущість. Результати дослідження за визначенням ролі, значенні і ефективності функцій спортивного менеджменту дозволяють: - використовувати отриманий матеріал в учбовому процесі по підготовці тренерів-менеджерів на факультеті фізичного виховання; - підвищити якість підготовки тренерів-менеджерів на сучасному етапі розвитку суспільства. Результати дослідження докладалися на засіданнях федерацій академічного веслування м. Києва та Київської області, в ДЮСШ, спортивних клубах і дістали одностайне схвалення.EN : The qualification work consists of: 54 pages, 1 table, 1 figure, 74 literary sources. The object of the study is sports management as an integral part of the work of coaches-managers. The purpose of the work is to determine the role, significance of the effectiveness of financial and sports management functions performed by a coach-manager in a youth sports school. Research methods: analysis of scientific and scientific-methodological literature, pedagogical observations and study of the best practices of coaches-managers, questionnaires, methods of mathematical statistics. The scientific novelty of the thesis lies in the fact that the presented material complements the content of the theory and methodology of training highly qualified coaches-managers. Practical significance. The results of the study on determining the role, significance and effectiveness of sports management functions allow: - to use the obtained material in the educational process for training coaches-managers at the Faculty of Physical Education; - to improve the quality of training of coaches-managers at the current stage of development of society. The results of the study were reported at the meetings of the rowing federations of Kyiv and Kyiv region, in the Youth Sports School, sports clubs and received unanimous approval.
