Психологічні особливості управлінської комунікації командира в бойовому підрозділі

Abstract

В умовах сучасної війни в Україні ефективна управлінська комунікація командира бойового підрозділу є ключовим фактором успішного виконання бойових завдань. Традиційні авторитарні моделі управління з жорсткою субординацією не завжди відповідають потребам сучасного бою, оскільки можуть знижувати мотивацію та ініціативність військовослужбовців. Натомість гнучкі моделі комунікації, що поєднують ієрархію з діалогом і зворотним зв’язком, здатні підвищувати згуртованість підрозділу та ефективність управління. Проте емпіричних досліджень психологічних особливостей такої комунікації в бойових підрозділах поки недостатньо, що створює наукову прогалину. Дослідження є актуальним для розвитку теорії військової психології і практичних рекомендацій щодо підготовки командирів, що сприятиме підвищенню бойової готовності та збереженню психологічного здоров’я особового складу. Наукова новизна: уточнено та розширено поняття «управлінська комунікація командира» в контексті військового управління, змодельована організація ефективної взаємодії у бойових підрозділах. Виявлено зв'язок між стилем управлінської комунікації та мотиваційними, когнітивними й емоційними характеристиками особового складу.EN : The work is presented on 129 pages of printed text, contains 1 table, 3 figures, 4 appendices. In the conditions of modern war in Ukraine, effective managerial communication of the commander of a combat unit is a key factor in the successful performance of combat missions. Traditional authoritarian models of management with strict subordination do not always meet the needs of modern combat, as they can reduce the motivation and initiative of servicemen. In contrast, flexible models of communication that combine hierarchy with dialogue and feedback are able to increase the cohesion of the unit and the effectiveness of management. However, empirical studies of the psychological characteristics of such communication in combat units are still insufficient, which creates a scientific gap. The study is relevant for the development of the theory of military psychology and practical recommendations for the training of commanders, which will contribute to increasing combat readiness and preserving the psychological health of personnel. Scientific novelty: the concept of "commander's managerial communication" in the context of military management has been clarified and expanded, the organization of effective interaction in combat units has been modeled. The relationship between the style of managerial communication and the motivational, cognitive and emotional characteristics of personnel has been identified.
