Комунікаційні інструменти онлайн-платформ для студентського нетворкінгу

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра складається зі вступу, двох розділів із підрозділами, висновків, списку використаних джерел, 2 додатків. Обсяг основної роботи – 55 сторінок. Список використаної літератури включає 52 найменувань (викладених на 5 сторінках). Об’єктом дослідження є процес професійної та соціальної комунікації (нетворкінгу) здобувачів вищої освіти в онлайн-середовищі. Предметом дослідження є інформаційні технології, комунікаційні інструменти та принципи проєктування інтерфейсу онлайн-платформ для студентського нетворкінгу. Мета дослідження – проаналізувати теоретичні засади функціонування нетворкінгу та на основі отриманих даних спроєктувати модель (прототип) застосунку для студентської комунікації, забезпечивши ефективну архітектуру інформаційних потоків та зручність користувацької взаємодії. Методи дослідження: порівняльний аналіз (для зіставлення функціональних можливостей, інтерфейсних рішень та інформаційної ємності сучасних онлайн-платформ для нетворкінгу, що дозволило виявити найбільш ефективні інструменти для студентського середовища); метод моделювання та прототипування (із застосуванням онлайн-редактора Figma) (для візуалізації архітектури інформації та практичної реалізації інтерфейсу застосунку, що забезпечує логічну структуру взаємодії користувачів); елементи дискурс-аналізу (для дослідження трансформації засобів студентської комунікації під впливом зовнішніх чинників (пандемії COVID-19, умов воєнного стану в Україні тощо), що дозволило врахувати актуальні потреби онлайн-ком’юніті при формуванні вимог до продукту); системний підхід (для визначення функціональних та нефункціональних вимог до застосунку як цілісної інформаційної системи, що інтегрує комунікаційні та архівні функції). Для реалізації поставленої мети необхідно виконати наступні завдання: 1. Розкрити історичні аспекти виникнення, сутність та класифікацію видів нетворкінгу в сучасному суспільстві. 2. Провести порівняльний аналіз сучасних онлайн-платформ для нетворкінгу, виявивши їхні переваги та функціональні обмеження для студентської спільноти. 3. Визначити та систематизувати функціональні та нефункціональні вимоги до спеціалізованого інформаційного продукту (застосунку) для студентського нетворкінгу. 4. Розробити інтерактивний прототип інтерфейсу застосунку в середовищі Figma, обґрунтувавши логіку архітектури інформації та алгоритми взаємодії користувачів із системою. Методологічну і теоретичну основу дослідження складають праці вітчизняних дослідників Н. Бордюг, М. Васильченко, К. Мещерякова, Є. Рудевська, С. Толочко, Г. Юркевич. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає у системному аналізі функціональних обмежень сучасних онлайн-платформ для нетворкінгу та теоретичному обґрунтуванні вимог до створення спеціалізованого інформаційного продукту (застосунку) для студентського середовища. Сфера застосування: матеріали проведеного дослідження можуть бути використані у професійній діяльності закладів освіти та органів державної влади, до компетенції яких входить взаємодія зі студентами. Ця робота може стати у пригоді громадським організаціям та студентському самоврядуванню, яке опікуються комунікацією та проєктами зі здобувачами освіти у закладах першого та вище рівнів акредитації.EN : The bachelor's qualification thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters with subsections, conclusions, a list of references, and 2 appendices. The main body of the thesis comprises 55 pages. The bibliography includes 52 sources (presented over 5 pages). The object of the research is the process of professional and social communication (networking) among higher education students in an online environment. The subject of the research is information technologies, communication tools, and interface design principles of online platforms for student networking. The purpose of the research is to analyze the theoretical foundations of networking and, based on the obtained data, design a model (prototype) of an application for student communication, ensuring an effective architecture of information flows and convenient user interaction. Research methods: comparative analysis (for comparing the functional capabilities, interface solutions, and information capacity of modern online networking platforms, which made it possible to identify the most effective tools for the student environment); modeling and prototyping method (using the online editor Figma) (for visualizing the information architecture and practical implementation of the application interface, ensuring a logical structure of user interaction); elements of discourse analysis (for studying the transformation of student communication tools under the influence of external factors (the COVID-19 pandemic, martial law conditions in Ukraine, etc.), which made it possible to take into account the current needs of online communities when forming product requirements); systematic approach (for determining the functional and non-functional requirements for the application as an integrated information system that combines communication and archival functions). To achieve the stated purpose, the following tasks must be completed: 1. To reveal the historical aspects of the emergence, essence, and classification of networking types in modern society. 2. To conduct a comparative analysis of modern online networking platforms, identifying their advantages and functional limitations for the student community. 3. To determine and systematize the functional and non-functional requirements for a specialized information product (application) for student networking. 4. To develop an interactive prototype of the application interface in the Figma environment, substantiating the logic of information architecture and the algorithms of user interaction with the system. The methodological and theoretical basis of the research consists of the works of domestic researchers N. Bordiuh, M. Vasylchenko, K. Meshcheriakova, Ye. Rudevska, S. Tolochko, and H. Yurkevych. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the systematic analysis of the functional limitations of modern online networking platforms and the theoretical substantiation of the requirements for creating a specialized information product (application) for the student environment. Scope of application: the materials of the conducted research may be used in the professional activities of educational institutions and public authorities whose competence includes interaction with students. This work may also be useful for public organizations and student self-government bodies engaged in communication and projects with students in institutions of the first and higher levels of accreditation.
