Аналіз організаційно-конструктивних рішень в сучасному будівництві

Abstract

UA : Дослідження присвячене аналізу організаційних та конструктивних рішень, реалізованих під час зведення гуртожитку сімейного типу у місті Запоріжжя. Основна увага зосереджена на оцінці ефективності застосованих підходів до планування, проєктування та будівництва житлового комплексу з урахуванням потреб майбутніх мешканців і сучасних тенденцій у сфері будівництва. У роботі подано методику оцінювання організаційних рішень, зокрема вибору оптимальної системи управління процесом будівництва та ресурсним забезпеченням. Окремо проаналізовано конструктивні рішення, що охоплюють підбір матеріалів і технологій виконання робіт. Особливий акцент зроблено на аспектах комфорту, надійності та безпеки проживання у гуртожитку. Отримані результати та висновки можуть стати корисними при розробці й реалізації аналогічних житлових проєктів у майбутньому.EN : The study is devoted to the analysis of organizational and constructive solutions implemented during the construction of a family-type dormitory in the city of Zaporizhia. The main attention is focused on assessing the effectiveness of the applied approaches to planning, designing and building a residential complex taking into account the needs of future residents and modern trends in the field of construction. The paper presents a methodology for evaluating organizational solutions, in particular, the choice of the optimal system for managing the construction process and resource provision. Constructive solutions that include the selection of materials and technologies for performing work are separately analyzed. Special emphasis is placed on the aspects of comfort, reliability and safety of living in a dormitory. The results and conclusions obtained may be useful in the development and implementation of similar housing projects in the future.
