Розробка пропозицій з удосконалення системи очищення забруднених газів в доменному виробництві

Abstract

UA : Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є розробка пропозицій з удосконалення системи очищення забруднених газів в доменному виробництві. У першому розділі розглянуто опис технологічного процесу доменного виробництва, характеристика доменного виробництва як джерела забруднень, аналіз шкідливих викидів доменного виробництва, характеристика викидів, що утворяться на бункерній естакаді й доменній печі. У другому розділі наведено характеристику викидів доменного цеху, зменшення шкідливих викидів технологічним шляхом, методи очищення від пилу, очищення від пилу повітря підбункерної естакади, зниження викидів пилу з доменної печі. У розділі «Охорона праці та техногенна безпека» було розглянуто основні шкідливі та небезпечні фактори доменного цеху, заходи щодо зниження шкідливостей та небезпеки в доменному цеху.EN : The purpose of the qualification paper is to develop proposals for improving the polluted gas cleaning system in blast furnace production. The first chapter covers the description of the technological process of blast furnace production, the characteristics of blast furnace production as a source of pollution, the analysis of harmful emissions from blast furnace production, and the characteristics of emissions generated at the stockhouse (bunker trestle) and the blast furnace. The second chapter presents the characteristics of emissions from the blast furnace shop, the reduction of harmful emissions through technological methods, dust cleaning techniques, dust cleaning of air from the stockhouse, and the reduction of dust emissions from the blast furnace. The chapter «Occupational Health and Technogenic Safety» examines the main harmful and hazardous factors of the blast furnace shop, as well as measures to reduce hazards and risks in the blast furnace shop.
