Abstract

Мета дослідження: виявити, теоретично обґрунтувати та експериментальним шляхом перевірити педагогічні умови формування професійної компетентності у безробітних осіб через програми навчання Об’єкт дослідження: процес формування професійної компетентності безробітних осіб через програми навчання. Предмет дослідження: педагогічні умови формування професійної компетентності безробітних осіб через програми навчання. Методи дослідження: вивчення і аналіз психолого-педагогічної літератури з проблеми дослідження; анкетування, опитування. Теоретичне значення дослідження полягає в тому, що: розкрито особливості формування професійної компетентності у безробітних осіб через програми навчання; науково обґрунтовано комплекс педагогічних умов формування професійної компетентності у безробітних осіб через програми навчання. Практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає, що наукові положення та висновки, викладені в дослідженні, можуть бути використані у якості підґрунтя подальших наукових пошуків.EN : The qualification work consists of an introduction, 2 parts, findings, a list of references (78 items, 2 of them in a foreign language), 2 appendixes on 15 pages. The qualification work volume is 88 pages, 57 of them – main text. The study reveals the problem of forming the professional competence in unemployed people through training programs. The research purpose: to identify, theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence in unemployed people through training programs. The research tasks: 1) to perform analysis of the basic concepts of research: “competence”, “professional competence” “professional training”; 2) to analyse the factors and conditions for the formation of professional competence in unemployed persons through training programs; 3) to consider vocational training of unemployed persons in the modern labor market; 4) theoretically justify and experimentally test the pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence of unemployed persons through training programs. The object of research of qualification work is the process of formation of professional competence in unemployed people through training programs. The research subject: pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence in unemployed people through training programs. Part 1 “Theoretical foundations of the formation of professional competence in unemployed people through training programs” analyzes the stages of formation and development of professional training in unemployed people through training programs; considers the competence approach as a conceptual basis of pedagogical education; determines the structure of professional competence in unemployed people through training programs. Part 2 “Experimental work on the formation of professional competence in unemployed people through training programs” reveals the pedagogical conditions of formation of professional competence in unemployed people through training programs are presented. The theoretical significance of the study is that: features of formation of professional competence in unemployed persons through training programs are disclosed; the complex of pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence in unemployed persons through training programs is scientifically substantiated. The practical significance of the results obtained is that the scientific provisions and conclusions set forth in the study can be used as the basis for further scientific research.
