Abstract
EN : The work provides a comprehensive analysis of energy saving methods used during the construction of civil facilities. Energy efficiency is a key factor in modern construction, which allows not only to reduce energy consumption, but also to minimize the impact on the environment. The study covers various stages of the construction process: design, selection of materials, implementation of construction works and further operation of facilities. The main attention is paid to modern technologies that contribute to energy saving. In particular, the use of energy-efficient materials, such as multilayer thermal insulation panels, windows with low-emission coating, innovative roofing systems and environmentally friendly insulation materials, is considered in detail. Methods for creating passive buildings that provide natural ventilation, optimal natural lighting and heat conservation without additional energy consumption are considered. The work also highlights the importance of implementing modern engineering systems: heat pumps, heat recovery systems, intelligent lighting and heating control. Particular attention is paid to the use of renewable energy sources, such as solar panels, wind turbines, geothermal heating systems. Methods for optimizing energy consumption based on the use of automated monitoring and control systems are described. International experience in implementing energy-saving technologies is analyzed. For example, in Germany, passive building standards have been introduced that allow minimizing energy consumption to 15 kWh/m² per year. In the USA, the "green" LEED certification standard is actively developing, which determines the energy-saving parameters of buildings. In Sweden and Denmark, district heating systems based on renewable sources are widely used. In Japan, the design of buildings that are fully self-sufficient in energy due to the integration of solar panels is popular. The results of the study demonstrate that the comprehensive implementation of energy saving methods allows to significantly reduce the costs of building operation, reduce carbon dioxide emissions and increase the comfort of housing. The use of such approaches is key to the sustainable development of the construction industry, which meets modern economic and environmental challenges.
