Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра – 60 стор., 4 табл., 7 рис., 70 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження – функціональна активність військових із хребетно-спинномозковою травмою. Предмет дослідження – засоби фізичної терапії для відновлення функціональної активності військових із хребетно-спинномозковою травмою Мета дослідження – оцінка ефективності застосування фізичної терапії в системі відновлення функціональної активності військових із хребетно-спинномозковою травмою. Методи дослідження: Аналіз літературних джерел на тему дослідження. Педагогічні методи спостереження та аналізу. Метод визначення ступеня тяжкості м’язового синдрому на рівні «функції» за МКФ. Метод оцінки об’єктивних показників функціональної активності хребта за візуальною аналоговою шкалою «активності» за МКФ. Метод тестування гнучкості хребетного стовпа на рівні «участі» за МКФ. Методи статистичної обробки отриманих результатів. Проведене дослідження дозволило зробити висновок щодо можливості застосування сучасних підходів у реабілітації військових з метою відновлення функціональної активності військових із хребетно-спинномозковою травмою. Доведено суттєве покращення функціонального стану хребта військових обох досліджуваних груп, як у спокої, так і після дозованого навантаження. Однак, включення до реабілітаційної програми функціональних вправ на багатофункціональній системі дало більш кращі результати, ніж після проходження реабілітаційних заходів без їх використання.EN : Master’s qualification work – 60 pages, 4 tables, 7 figures, 70 sources. Method of assessing objective indicators of functional activity of the spine using the visual analog scale of "activity" according to the ICF. Method of testing flexibility of the spinal column at the level of "participation" according to the ICF. Methods of statistical processing of the obtained results. The conducted study allowed to draw a conclusion about the possibility of using modern approaches in the rehabilitation of military personnel in order to restore the functional activity of military personnel with spinal cord injury. A significant improvement in the functional state of the spine of military personnel of both studied groups was proven, both at rest and after dosed load. However, the inclusion of functional exercises on a multifunctional system in the rehabilitation program gave better results than after undergoing rehabilitation measures without their use.
