Abstract

UA : У роботі ставиться завдання розробити технологію та провести розрахунок необхідної кількості устаткування для виробництва конструкційних сталей обсягом 500 тис. тонн на рік, а саме - наведено обґрунтування цілей та завдань проєкту, проведений вибір сортименту марок сталей, що виплавляються, виконаний розрахунок необхідної кількісті основного та допоміжного обладнання та його розміщення в цеху; проведений вибір конструкції основних виробничих агрегатів, описані основні елементи конструкції ДСП та представлений режим роботи, також наведений опис основних вузлів машини безперервного лиття заготовок роторного типу; наведено властивості і призначення сталі, що виплавляється, технологія виплавки і розливання, наведено розрахунок шихти і легуючих елементів; розглянуто основні шкідливі та небезпечні фактори в роботі сталеплавильного цеха.EN : The work sets the task of developing a technology and calculating the required amount of equipment for the production of structural steels in the volume of 500 thousand tons per year, namely - the justification of the goals and objectives of the project is provided, the assortment of steel grades to be smelted is selected, the calculation of the required amount of main and auxiliary equipment and its placement in the shop is performed; the design of the main production units is selected, the main elements of the SBM design are described and the operating mode is presented, a description of the main components of the rotary-type continuous casting machine is also provided; the properties and purpose of the smelted steel, the smelting and casting technology are given, the calculation of the charge and alloying elements is provided; the main harmful and dangerous factors in the operation of the steelmaking shop are considered.
