Abstract

UA : В роботі розкрито теоретичні аспекти та особливості управління діловою активністю промислового підприємства; досліджено фінансову складову системи управління діловою активністю промислового підприємства ПП «Славутич-тара»; систематизовано чинники впливу на систему фінансового управління діловою активністю та запропоновано комплекс заходів стабілізації промислового підприємства ПП «Славутич-тара»; виявлено резерви підвищення ефективності системи фінансового управління діловою активністю промислового підприємства ПП «Славутич-тара»; запропоновано напрямки розширення ринку надання аутсорсингових послуг як чинника підвищення доходності в системі фінансового управління діловою активністю ПП «Славутич-тара».EN : The theoretical aspects and features of business activity management of an industrial enterprise are revealed in the work; the financial component of the business activity management system of the industrial enterprise of «Slavutich-tara» PE was investigated; factors of influence on the system of financial management of business activity have been systematized and a set of measures of stabilization of the industrial enterprise of «Slavutich-tara» PE has been proposed; identified reserves for increasing of efficiency the system of financial management of the business activity of the industrial enterprise «Slavutich-tara» PE; the directions of expansion of the market of rendering of outsourcing services as a factor of increasing in profitability in the system of financial management of business activity of «Slavutich-tara» PE are offered.
