Abstract
EN : The work is presented on 79 pages of printed text, contains 8 figures, 3 appendices. The list of references includes 42 sources. The object of the study: the resilience of newly arrived military personnel in combat conditions. Modern conditions of combat operations place increased demands on the psychological resilience of military personnel. Newly arrived soldiers who have only recently completed basic training are faced with extremely intense psychological and emotional stress, which can lead to maladaptation, reduced combat effectiveness and morale. In these conditions, the development of resilience - the ability of an individual to quickly restore internal balance, overcome stressful situations and maintain effective activity in difficult or dangerous circumstances - becomes of particular importance. The formation of resilience is one of the key areas of modern military psychology, as it ensures adaptation, combat readiness and mental health of personnel. At the same time, this process depends not only on individual characteristics, but also on group interaction, which provides support, cohesion and a sense of collective security. The scientific novelty lies in establishing the relationship between collective interaction and the formation of resilience of newly arrived military personnel, as well as in developing practical recommendations for increasing the psychological resilience of personnel in combat conditions.
