Abstract

Сучасні соціальні умови в Україні, зумовлені повномасштабною війною, висувають безпрецедентні вимоги до особистості. А саме до її соціальної зрілості та здатності виступати агентом змін у кризовому суспільстві. Прогресивний розвиток нації сьогодні безпосередньо залежить від наявності психологічно зрілих індивідів, здатних не лише адаптуватися до екстремальних умов, а й активно мобілізувати внутрішні ресурси для надання допомоги іншим. У цьому контексті І. Бех наголошує на важливості виховання особистості на засадах духовних цінностей, а С. Максименко виокремлює змістовні ознаки психології особистості, що забезпечують її цілісність.Особистісна зрілість стає ключовим фактором успішного професійного самовизначення, забезпечуючи фундамент для повноцінної самореалізації в умовах непередбачуваності.Різні аспекти цієї проблеми досліджували М. Корольчук, Ю. Дроздова та Л. Петриченко, розглядаючи самовизначення як складну психолого-педагогічну проблему. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена стрімким зростанням попиту на психологічні послуги в суспільстві. Цей чинник суттєво змінив систему мотивації вступників до закладів вищої освіти. Професійна психологічна допомога в умовах постійної загрози життю має бути не лише вчасною, а й висококваліфікованою та орієнтованою на глибоку підтримку особистості. Наукова новизна: поглиблено розуміння механізмів вибору професії в екстремальних умовах; розкрито зміст екзистенційних мотивів як інструменту структурування життя після травми; обґрунтувано суперечність між високою вмотивованістю та дефіцитом суб'єктної впевненості у майбутніх фахівців.EN : The work is presented on 73 pages, printed text, 6 tables, 4 figures, 2 appendices. Modern social conditions in Ukraine, caused by a full-scale war, make unprecedented demands on the individual. The progressive development of the nation today directly depends on the presence of psychologically mature individuals who are able not only to adapt to extreme conditions, but also to actively mobilize internal resources to help others. In this context, I. Bekh emphasizes the importance of educating the individual on the basis of spiritual values, and S. Maksymenko highlights the substantive features of personality psychology that ensure its integrity. Personal maturity becomes a key factor in successful professional self-determination, providing the foundation for full self-realization in conditions of unpredictability. Various aspects of this problem were studied by M. Korolchuk, Yu. Drozdova and L. Petrychenko, considering self-determination as a complex psychological and pedagogical problem. The relevance of the study is due to the rapid growth of demand for psychological services in society. This factor has significantly changed the system of motivation of applicants to higher education institutions. Professional psychological assistance in conditions of constant threat to life should be not only timely, but also highly qualified and focused on deep support of the individual. Scientific novelty: the understanding of the mechanisms of choosing a profession in extreme conditions has been deepened; The content of existential motives as a tool for structuring life after trauma is revealed; the contradiction between high motivation and a deficit of subjective confidence in future specialists is substantiated.
