Соціально-педагогічна робота з працевлаштування молоді

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 86 с., 3 таблиці, 7 рисунків, 70 джерел, 3 додатки. Об’єкт дослідження: діяльність соціального педагога з організації працевлаштування молоді. Предмет дослідження: соціально-педагогічні умови працевлаштування випускників закладів вищої освіти, як неконкурентоспроможної категорії громадян на ринку праці. Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати зміст діяльності соціального педагога з працевлаштування молоді та визначити соціально-педагогічні умови працевлаштування випускників закладів вищої освіти. Методи дослідження: теоретичні: аналіз літературних джерел; систематизація, порівняння та зіставлення різних поглядів на досліджувану проблему; емпіричні: анкетування, бесіди; методи математичної статистики. Теоретичне значення роботи полягає у здійснені теоретичного аналізу понять, які утворюють підґрунтя розуміння соціально-педагогічної роботи працевлаштування молоді: «соціально-педагогічна робота», «зміст соціальної роботи з працевлаштування», «соціально-педагогічні умови працевлаштування випускників закладів вищої освіти». Практичне значення роботи полягає в розробці тренінгу працевлаштування випускників закладів вищої освіти. Галузь використання: заклади вищої освіти, заклади та установи позашкільної освіти, центри зайнятості.EN : Object of the study: the activity of a social pedagogue in organising youth employment. The subject of the study: socio-pedagogical conditions of employment of graduates of higher education institutions as an uncompetitive category of citizens in the labour market. Рurpose of the study: to theoretically substantiate the content of the social pedagogue’s activity in youth employment and to determine the socio-pedagogical conditions for the employment of graduates of higher education institutions. The tasks of the qualification work: 1) theoretically analyze the problems and content of socio-pedagogical work on organizing youth employment; 2) determine and substantiate the socio-pedagogical conditions for employment of graduates of higher education institutions; 3) conduct a study of the employment status of graduates of higher education institutions; 4) develop training on employment of graduates of higher education institutions. Research methods: theoretical: analysis of literary sources; systematisation, comparison and contrast of different views on the problem under study; empirical: questionnaires, interviews; methods of mathematical statistics. The theoretical significance of the work lies in the theoretical analysis of the concepts that form the basis for understanding the socio-pedagogical work of youth employment: “socio-pedagogical work”, “content of social work on employment”, “socio-pedagogical conditions of employment of graduates of higher education institutions”. The practical significance of the work is to develop a training course on employment of graduates of higher education institutions. Field of application: higher education institutions, out-of-school education institutions, employment centres.
