Предмет дослідження: соціально-педагогічні умови організації роботи мультидисциплінарної команди в закладах освіти з інклюзивним навчанням. Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати соціально-педагогічні умови організації роботи мультидисциплінарної команди в закладах освіти з інклюзивним навчанням. Методи дослідження: аналіз та узагальнення наукових джерел; спостереження, анкетування, інтерв’ювання, тестування. Теоретичне значення: уточнення змісту діяльності різнопрофільних фахівців та визначення ролі соціального педагога у мультидисциплінарній команді. The qualifying work gives theoretical survey and describes the experimental research of work a multidisciplinary team where independent experts from different fields of knowledge work on separate plans and tasks aimed at achieving a common goal based on a multidisciplinary approach. The research object: activities of a multidisciplinary team. The research subject: socio-pedagogical conditions of work organization of multidisciplinary team in inclusive education institutions. The research purpose: to theoretically substantiate the socio-pedagogical conditions of work organization of multidisciplinary team in educational institutions with inclusive education. The research tasks are: 1) to analyze the conceptual principles of the genesis and development of professional cooperation; 2) to identify the factors and features of the multidisciplinary team in an inclusive educational institution; 3) to select diagnostic tools and study the state of cohesion of members of the multidisciplinary team; 4) to substantiate the socio-pedagogical conditions of professional cooperation in an inclusive educational institution.
