Abstract

Предмет дослідження: сучасні технології роботи соціального педагога в закладі дошкільної освіти. Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати та проаналізувати сучасні технології роботи соціального педагога в закладі дошкільної освіти в умовах суспільних викликів і визначити ефективні шляхи їх застосування. Методи дослідження: аналіз, синтез, узагальнення, систематизація наукової літератури, нормативно-правових документів і сучасного педагогічного досвіду; спостереження, бесіда, анкетування батьків і педагогів, діагностичні методики; методи обробки результатів ‒ кількісний і якісний аналіз отриманих даних, порівняння, узагальнення та інтерпретація результатів. Практичне значення дослідження полягає в можливості використання його результатів у діяльності соціальних педагогів, вихователів, практичних психологів, адміністрації закладів дошкільної освіти та фахівців, які працюють із дітьми дошкільного віку. Розроблена програма «Безпечний простір дитинства» може бути застосована для організації соціально-педагогічної допомоги дітям, батькам і педагогам, профілактики дезадаптації, підтримки дітей у кризових умовах, формування соціальної компетентності дошкільників та створення безпечного, інклюзивного й підтримувального освітнього середовища.EN : The qualification work consists of an introduction, 3 sections, findings, a list of references (55 items), 2 appendixes on 5 pages. Subject of research: modern technologies of work of a social educator in a preschool educational institution. Purpose of research: to theoretically substantiate and analyze modern technologies of work of a social educator in a preschool educational institution in conditions of social challenges and to determine effective ways of their application. The tasks of the qualification work: 1) to analyze the theoretical and methodological principles of the activity of a social educator in a preschool educational institution and to reveal the content of social and pedagogical support of a child as a classical technology of preschool education; 2) to characterize the specifics of the socialization of preschool children in crisis socio-cultural conditions and to determine modern technologies for the work of a social educator in a preschool educational institution; 3) to investigate the level of socialization, emotional state and adaptation of preschool children using appropriate diagnostic methods; 4) to develop a program of social and pedagogical assistance “Safe Space of Childhood”, to analyze the results of its implementation and to formulate recommendations for improving the professional activities of a social educator in a preschool educational institution Research methods: analysis, synthesis, generalization, systematization of scientific literature, regulatory and legal documents and modern pedagogical experience; observation, conversation, questionnaires of parents and teachers, diagnostic methods; methods of processing results – quantitative and qualitative analysis of the obtained data, comparison, generalization and interpretation of the results. The section 1 “Theoretical and methodological principles of the activity of a social educator in preschool education” considers the social and pedagogical support of a child as a classic technology of preschool education, reveals the specifics of the socialization of preschoolers in crisis socio-cultural conditions, provides a classification of modern technologies in the work of a social educator. The section 2 “Practical implementation of modern technologies in the activities of a social educator” the technologies of crisis counseling and psychosocial support of participants in the educational process are considered, inclusive technologies and support for children with special educational needs are studied, digital and distance technologies in working with parents and teachers are investigated. The section 3 “Experience in implementing and analyzing the effectiveness of socio-pedagogical technologies” a diagnosis of the level of socialization of preschool children at the current stage was carried out, a program of socio-pedagogical assistance “Safe Space of Childhood” was developed, the results of the study were analyzed and recommendations were made for improving professional activities. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using its results in the activities of social educators, educators, practical psychologists, administrators of preschool educational institutions and specialists working with preschool children.
