UA : В кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретико-методологічні виміри цифрової стратегії управління персоналом в організації. Представлено обгрунутвання розробки моделі цифрової стратегії управління персоналом в організації (на прикладі будівельної галузі). З’ясовано праксеологічні засади упровадження моделі цифрової стратегії управління персоналом в організації (на прикладі будівельної галузі). Розроблено напрями удосконалення моделі цифрової стратегії управління персоналом в організації будівельної галузі.EN : The qualification work investigates the theoretical and methodological dimensions of the digital strategy of personnel management in the organization. The rationale for the development of a model of a digital strategy for human resources management in an organization (on the example of the construction industry) is presented. The praxeological foundations for the implementation of a model of a digital strategy for personnel management in an organization (on the example of the construction industry) are clarified. The directions of improvement of the model of digital strategy of personnel management in the organization of the construction industry are developed.
