Дослідження в’язкості шлаків для виготовлення інструментальних швидкорізальних сталей методами ЕШП

Abstract

UA : У роботі ставиться завдання дослідити в’язкість шлаків для виготовлення інструментальних швидкорізальних сталей методами ЕШП, а саме - наведено сортамент сталей, загальний опис цеху спеціальної металургії та технологія плавки ЕШП, описана технологія підготовки матеріалів до плавки; визначені конструкції основних агрегатів, наведений опис печі У-436 та флюсо-плавильної печі У-360М, проведений розрахунок кількості печей; наведені теоретичні засади в'язкості та моделі для прогнозування фізико-хімічних та технологічних металургійних розплавів; представлена загальна характеристика вібровіскозиметрів та проведені дослідження віскозиметрії металургійних розплавів; проведений розрахунок в'язкості металургійних шлаків за теорією Е.В.Приходька; розглянуто основні шкідливі та небезпечні фактори в роботі цеху спецелектрометалургії.EN : The work sets the task of investigating the viscosity of slags for the production of tool high-speed steels by ESR methods, namely - the range of steels, a general description of the special metallurgy shop and ESR melting technology are given, the technology of preparing materials for melting is described; the designs of the main units are determined, the description of the U-436 furnace and the U-360M flux-melting furnace are given, the number of furnaces is calculated; the theoretical principles of viscosity and models for predicting physicochemical and technological metallurgical melts are given; the general characteristics of vibroviscometers are presented and studies of the viscometry of metallurgical melts are carried out; the viscosity of metallurgical slags is calculated according to the theory of E.V. Prikhodko; the main harmful and dangerous factors in the work of the special electrometallurgy shop are considered.
