Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота складається з 106 сторінок, 52 позицій у списку літератури, 11 додатків, 4 таблиці. Об’єкт дослідження: процес соціальної підтримки постраждалих від домашнього насильства в умовах «Кризової кімнати» Предмет дослідження: фактори оптимізації процесу організації соціальної підтримки постраждалих від домашнього насильства в умовах «Кризової кімнати». Мета дослідження: теоретично обгрунувати особливості організації діяльності «Кризової кімнати», як безпечного простору для забезпечення соціальної підтримки осіб, які постраждали від домашнього насильства, на прикладі Запорізького міського центру соціальних служб. Методи дослідження: аналіз, синтез, індукція, дедукція, структурно функціональний, аналіз статистичних даних. Теоретичне значення роботи полягає у комплексному та системному підході до організації діяльності кризових кімнат та наданню ефективної соціальної підтримки осіб, які постраждали від домашнього насильства, з урахуванням досягнень сучасної науки, вітчизняного та зарубіжного досвіду. Практичне значення роботи полягає у забезпеченні соціальної підтримки осіб, які постраждали від домашнього насильства. Галузь використання: центри соціальних служб, національна поліція, лікувальні заклади, мобільні бригади підтримки осіб, які постраждали від домашнього насильства та\або насильства за ознакою статі.EN : The qualification work consists of 106 pages, includes 52 references, 11 appendices and 4 tables. This work aims to summarize the existing experience of operating crisis rooms as a model of social support for individuals affected by domestic violence and to integrate this experience into the training system for social sector professionals. Object of the research: the process of social support for victims of domestic violence in the context of «crisis rooms». Subject of the research: factors for optimizing the organization of social support for victims of domestic violence in the context of «crisis rooms». Purpose of the research: to theoretically substantiate the features of organizing the activities of «crisis rooms» as a safe space for providing social support to individuals who have suffered from domestic violence, using the example of the Zaporizhzhia City Center for Social Services. The research tasks are: - Analyze the regulatory and legal framework for social support for individuals affected by domestic violence. - Define the essence of the concepts «domestic violence», «social support», «specialized service», «crisis room», and «referral». - Examine the principles and methods of social support for individuals affected by domestic violence. - Explore the content, forms, and methods of social support for individuals affected by domestic violence in the context of «crisis rooms». - Theoretically substantiate the features of organizing the activities of «crisis rooms» as a safe space for providing social support to individuals affected by domestic violence, using the example of the Zaporizhzhia City Center for Social Services. Field of application: social service centers, national police, healthcare institutions, mobile support teams for individuals affected by domestic violence and/or gender-based violence. The qualification work consists of an introduction, two chapters, conclusions, a list of references, and appendices. The part 1 «Methodological Approaches to Social Support for Individuals Affected by Domestic Violence» analyzes the regulatory and legal framework for social support for individuals affected by domestic violence, reveals the principles and methods of social support for individuals affected by domestic violence, and characterizes the key concepts of «domestic violence», «social support», «specialized service», «crisis room», and «referral». The part 2 «Organization of the Activities of «Crisis Rooms» as a Safe Space for Providing Social Support to Individuals Affected by Domestic Violence: The Example of the Zaporizhzhia City Center for Social Services» reveals the features of organizing the work of crisis rooms and analyzes case management and the assessment of the quality of social support for victims. This qualification work has developed a system for organizing social support for individuals affected by domestic violence within the context of a crisis room, taking into account the advancements of modern science as well as domestic and international experience.
