EN : The work is presented on 105 pages of printed text, contains 9 tables, 24 figures. The list of referеnces includes 85 sources, 10 of them in foreign languages. The object of the research is the process of shaping consumers’ perception of packaging within the system of a company’s marketing communications. The purpose of the work is to conduct a comprehensive examination of the psychological mechanisms that determine consumers’ perception of packaging and to formulate practical, evidence-based recommendations aimed at improving the corporate style and marketing communications of the “Makey” trademark of LLC “Marko Produkt.” This involves understanding how visual, structural, and symbolic components of packaging affect consumer decision-making, emotional reactions, and brand associations. In the course of the research, the role of packaging was revealed not only as a tool of marketing communications but also as an important determinant of consumer behavior that shapes expectations, perceptions of quality, and purchase motivation. The stages of packaging evolution—from basic protective functions to its modern role as an independent communication medium—were systematized, along with the key functional aspects that define its development in a competitive market. A detailed analysis of the frozen semi-finished products market in Ukraine was conducted, including its structure, dynamics, and the position of the “Makey” brand within the competitive landscape. A comprehensive content analysis of the brand’s packaging visuals was carried out, taking into account principles of color psychology, the emotional impact of color combinations, the communicative meaning of shape and composition, and the role of graphic elements in forming consumer impressions. Based on this analysis, the key psychological triggers influencing purchase intentions were identified, such as the perceived naturalness of the product, the clarity of visual cues, emotional associations triggered by colors, and the recognizability of branded elements. On this foundation, targeted recommendations were developed to enhance the corporate style and visual identity of the brand, as well as to improve the integration of packaging design with the company’s digital communications—ensuring that all consumer touchpoints convey a consistent and compelling brand message. Research methods include logical generalization, system and structural analysis, marketing and psychological analysis, comparison, graphic modeling, content analysis, and empirical observation. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the improvement of the internal interaction system within the marketing department of LLC “Marko Produkt.” Unlike existing approaches applied at the enterprise, the proposed model introduces a more integrated connection between production units, quality control, and office-based marketing processes. This strengthened interaction enhances the coherence of activities across all stages of packaging development, verification, and implementation, while also accelerating managerial decision-making by ensuring timely information exchange. Such integration creates more favorable conditions for adapting marketing actions to actual consumer needs and preferences. As a result, the company benefits from increased packaging attractiveness, stronger and more consistent brand recognition, and growing consumer loyalty. Ultimately, these improvements contribute to more effective sales stimulation and to establishing a competitive and psychologically grounded approach to packaging within the company’s overall marketing strategy.
