Abstract

UA : Сучасний етап розвитку містобудівного середовища України характеризується активною інтеграцією до європейського простору, цифровою трансформацією будівельної галузі та впровадженням принципів сталого розвитку територій. Реформування сфери містобудування супроводжується впровадженням Єдиної державної електронної системи у сфері будівництва (ЄДЕССБ), цифровізацією дозвільних процедур та адаптацією національної нормативної бази до європейських підходів управління будівельною діяльністю. Це створює передумови для підвищення прозорості будівельного процесу, ефективності проєктування та якості архітектурних рішень.EN : The current stage of development of the urban planning environment of Ukraine is characterized by active integration into the European space, digital transformation of the construction industry and implementation of the principles of sustainable development of territories. Reforming the urban planning sphere is accompanied by the implementation of the Unified State Electronic System in the Construction Sector (UESESSB), digitalization of permitting procedures and adaptation of the national regulatory framework to European approaches to construction management. This creates the prerequisites for increasing the transparency of the construction process, design efficiency and quality of architectural solutions.
