Ефективність бізнес-адміністрування промислового підприємства в умовах воєнного стану

Abstract

UA : У магістерській роботі досліджено ефективність бізнес-адміністрування промислового підприємства ПАТ «АрселорМіттал Кривий Ріг» в умовах воєнного стану. Зважаючи на сучасні виклики, пов’язані з економічною нестабільністю та ризиками для промислових підприємств України, особливо важливим є розробка адаптивних підходів до управління, що сприяють стійкості та ефективності діяльності в кризових умовах. Мета дослідження полягає в аналізі чинників, що впливають на ефективність бізнес-адміністрування, та у розробці рекомендацій для оптимізації управлінських процесів на прикладі одного з найбільших металургійних підприємств України, яке відіграє значну роль в економіці країни. Робота складається з трьох розділів. У першому розділі розглянуто теоретичні основи управління промисловими підприємствами в умовах кризових ситуацій. Проаналізовано основні принципи, функції та методи бізнес-адміністрування, що є важливими для забезпечення стабільності та ефективного функціонування промислових підприємств під час воєнного стану. У другому розділі проведено аналіз організаційно-економічного стану ПАТ «АрселорМіттал Кривий Ріг», включаючи оцінку ринку української металургії в умовах воєнного стану. Досліджено вплив зовнішніх і внутрішніх факторів на ефективність бізнес-адміністрування підприємства, що дозволило виявити основні виклики та ризики для стабільної роботи підприємства у поточних умовах. У третьому розділі розроблено практичні рекомендації для підвищення ефективності управління ПАТ «АрселорМіттал Кривий Ріг» в умовах обмежених ресурсів. Зокрема, запропоновано стратегії адаптації до воєнного стану, оптимізації логістичних процесів, моніторингу ризиків і впровадження сучасних технологій для управління ланцюгами поставок. Рекомендації спрямовані на забезпечення безперервності діяльності підприємства та підвищення його конкурентоспроможності навіть у складних умовах. Результати роботи мають практичну цінність для промислових підприємств металургійної галузі, які стикаються з викликами кризових ситуацій і потребують ефективних підходів до управління в умовах невизначеності. Запропоновані у дослідженні методи можуть бути використані для підвищення ефективності управління, забезпечення стабільності підприємства та зміцнення його позицій на ринку.EN : In the master's work, the efficiency of business administration of the industrial enterprise "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih" PJSC in the conditions of martial law was investigated. Considering the modern challenges associated with economic instability and risks for industrial enterprises of Ukraine, it is especially important to develop adaptive approaches to management that contribute to the stability and efficiency of operations in crisis conditions. The purpose of the study is to analyze the factors affecting the efficiency of business administration and to develop recommendations for optimizing management processes on the example of one of the largest metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine, which plays a significant role in the country's economy. The work consists of three sections. The first chapter deals with the theoretical foundations of managing industrial enterprises in crisis situations. The main principles, functions and methods of business administration, which are important for ensuring the stability and efficient functioning of industrial enterprises during martial law, are analyzed. In the second chapter, an analysis of the organizational and economic condition of ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih PJSC was carried out, including an assessment of the Ukrainian metallurgy market under martial law conditions. The influence of external and internal factors on the efficiency of the enterprise's business administration was studied, which made it possible to identify the main challenges and risks for the stable operation of the enterprise in the current conditions. In the third section, practical recommendations were developed to improve the management efficiency of ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih PJSC in conditions of limited resources. In particular, strategies for adaptation to the state of war, optimization of logistics processes, risk monitoring and introduction of modern technologies for supply chain management are proposed. The recommendations are aimed at ensuring the continuity of the enterprise's activities and increasing its competitiveness even in difficult conditions. The results of the work have practical value for industrial enterprises of the metallurgical industry, which face the challenges of crisis situations and need effective approaches to management in conditions of uncertainty. The methods proposed in the study can be used to improve management efficiency, ensure the stability of the enterprise and strengthen its position on the market.
