UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 113 сторінках друкованого тексту,
містить 34 таблиці, 16 рисунків, 4 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 84 джерела,
з них 27 іноземною мовою.
Об’єкт дослідження: система управління людським капіталом у ТОВ
«Кроу Ерфольг Україна».
Предмет дослідження: сучасні стимулюючі підходи до розвитку
людського капіталу в контексті діяльності міжнародної організації.
Мета кваліфікаційної роботи: дослідження розвитку людського
капіталу міжнародної організації, обґрунтування стимулюючих підходів та
розробка рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення управління людським капіталом
у ТОВ «Кроу Ерфольг Україна».
Відповідно до поставленої мети в роботі вирішено такі завдання:
розглянуто теоретико-методологічні підходи до стратегічного управління
людським капіталом; проаналізовано діяльність ТОВ «Кроу Ерфольг
Україна»; вивчено практичні підходи до стимулювання персоналу в компанії;
запропоновано інноваційні інструменти розвитку персоналу на основі
міжнародного досвіду.
Методи дослідження: абстрагування, узагальнення, аналіз наукової та
інформаційної бази, системний підхід, синтез отриманих даних у теоретичні
висновки та практичні рекомендації, індукція, дедукція, опитування.
Практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає у можливості
впровадження розроблених рекомендацій для підвищення ефективності
управління людським капіталом в міжнародних компаніях.
EN : The work is presented on 113 pages of printed text, contains 34 tables, 16 figures, 4 annex. The list of referеnces includes 84 sources, 27 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study: the human capital management system at Crowe Erfolg Ukraine LLC. The subject of the study: modern incentive approaches to human capital development in the context of an international organization’s practices. The purpose of the thesis: to investigate the development of human capital in an international organization, to substantiate effective incentive approaches based on the case of Crowe Erfolg Ukraine LLC, and to elaborate practical recommendations for improving human capital management in the company. To achieve this purpose, the following tasks were addressed: − еxamination of theoretical and methodological approaches to strategic human capital management, with a focus on the evolution of global HR models and their applicability to international organizations; − analysis of the organizational and economic characteristics of Crowe Erfolg Ukraine LLC, evaluating the company’s HR architecture, structural organization, and the alignment of its HR policy with corporate strategy; − еxploration of practical approaches to personnel motivation within the company, identifying the balance between traditional and innovative approaches used in the company’s human capital management system; − proposal of innovative HR and development tools based on international best practices for personnel stimulation and development. Research methods comprised a combination of general scientific and − abstraction applied to identify the essential characteristics of human capital management processes and isolate key conceptual elements; − generalization used to summarise theoretical and empirical findings into an integrated framework of human capital development; − analysis of the scholarly and informational evidence base enabled a comprehensive examination of scientific literature, regulatory acts, corporate documents, and statistical data; − systemic approach ensured the study of human capital management as an interrelated system aligned with the company’s strategic objectives; − synthesis of obtained data into theoretical conclusion and practical recommendations facilitated the integration of analytical results into coherent findings and actionable proposals; − induction and deduction employed to derive general patterns from empirical observations and verify theoretical assumptions; − survey conducted to gather empirical data on employee motivation, engagement, and perception of HR practices. The practical significance: the results obtained provide an opportunity to implement the developed recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of human capital management in international companies.
