Удосконалення системи мотивації персоналу ТОВ «ГАСТРОЕНТЕРОЛОГіЧНИЙ ЦЕНТР АЙБІДІ.ТІМ»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 99 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 8 таблиць, 16 рисунків. Перелік посилань включає 47 джерел, з них 8 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес формування системи мотивації персоналу медичного центру ТОВ «ГАСТРОЕНТЕРОЛОГІЧНИЙ ЦЕНТР АЙБІДІ.ТІМ». Предметом дослідження є система мотивації персоналу медичного центру ТОВ «ГАСТРОЕНТЕРОЛОГІЧНИЙ ЦЕНТР АЙБІДІ.ТІМ». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є систематизація та розвиток теоретико – методологічних положень формування системи мотивації персонала та розробка практичних рекомендацій впровадження сучасної системи мотивації персоналу ТОВ «ГАСТРОЕНТЕРОЛОГіЧНИЙ ЦЕНТР АЙБІДІ.ТІМ» Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, маркетингового, економічного та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення даних та ін. У процесі дослідження одержано такі наукові результати: 1) досліджено сутність та поняття теорії мотивації персонала; 2) визначено принципи та методи формування сучасної системи мотивації персонала; 3) з’ясувано особливості системи мотивації медичних працівників України; охарактезувано організаційну структуру ТОВ «ГАСТРОЕНТЕРОЛОГіЧНИЙ ЦЕНТР АЙБІДІ.ТІМ»; 4) здійснено аналіз існуючої системи мотивації ТОВ «ГАСТРОЕНТЕРОЛОГіЧНИЙ ЦЕНТР АЙБІДІ.ТІМ»; 5) досліджено психологічний клімат ТОВ «ГАСТРОЕНТЕРОЛОГіЧНИЙ ЦЕНТР АЙБІДІ.ТІМ»; 6) розроблено рекомендації щодо впровадження сучасної системи мотивації персоналу ТОВ «ГАСТРОЕНТЕРОЛОГіЧНИЙ ЦЕНТР АЙБІДІ.ТІМ»; 7) запропонувано мотиваційні важелі активізації професійного розвитку персонала ТОВ «ГАСТРОЕНТЕРОЛОГІЧНИЙ ЦЕНТР АЙБІДІ.ТІМ» в умовах трансформаційних змін медичної галузі; 8) окреслено стимул для трансформації мотиваційних механізмів ТОВ «ГАСТРОЕНТЕРОЛОГІЧНИЙ ЦЕНТР АЙБІДІ.ТІМ» в розрізі цифровізації економіки. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані підприємствами, зокрема, організаційно – економічна модель мотивації персоналу медичного центру ТОВ «ГАСТРОЕНТЕРОЛОГІЧНИЙ ЦЕНТР АЙБІДІ.ТІМ».EN : The work is presented on 99 pages of printed text, contains 8 tables, 16 figures. The object of the study is the process of forming a motivation system for the personnel of the medical center LLC "GASTROENTEROLOGICAL CENTER AYBIDI.TIM". The subject of the study is the motivation system of the staff of the medical center "GASTROENTEROLOGICAL CENTER AYBIDI.TIM" LLC. The purpose of the qualification work is the systematization and development of the theoretical and methodological provisions of the formation of the personnel motivation system and the development of practical recommendations for the implementation of the modern personnel motivation system of the LLC "GASTROENTEROLOGICAL CENTER AYBIDI.TIM" In the course of the research the following scientific results were obtained: 1) the essence and concepts of personnel motivation theory were investigated; 2) the principles and methods of forming a modern personnel motivation system are determined; 3) the peculiarities of the system of motivation of medical workers of Ukraine were clarified; the organizational structure of LLC "GASTROENTEROLOGY CENTER AYBIDI.TIM" is described; 4) an analysis of the existing motivation system of LLC "GASTROENTEROLOGICAL CENTER AYBIDI.TIM" was carried out; 5) the psychological climate of LLC "GASTROENTEROLOGICAL CENTER AYBIDI.TIM" was investigated; 6) recommendations were developed for the implementation of a modern system of motivation for personnel of LLC "GASTROENTEROLOGICAL CENTER AYBIDI.TIM"; 7) motivational levers for intensification of the professional development of personnel of LLC "GASTROENTEROLOGICAL CENTER AYBIDI.TIM" in the conditions of transformational changes in the medical industry are proposed; 8) the stimulus for the transformation of the motivational mechanisms of LLC "GASTROENTEROLOGICAL CENTER AYBIDI.TIM" in the context of digitalization of the economy is outlined. The results of the study can be applied by enterprises, in particular, the organizational-economic model of motivation of the staff of the medical center "GASTROENTEROLOGICAL CENTER AYBIDI.TIM" LLC.
