Особливості психологічної допомоги членам сімей учасників бойових дій

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження – психологічна допомога членам сімей учасників бойових дій. Сучасна соціально-політична ситуація в Україні, що супроводжується масштабними бойовими діями на сході країни, суттєво вплинула на всі сфери життя суспільства, зокрема на психологічний стан громадян. Особливу увагу сьогодні привертають сім’ї учасників бойових дій, які стикаються з численними соціальними, економічними та психологічними труднощами. Члени таких сімей, з одного боку, є джерелом підтримки для військовослужбовців, а з іншого – самі потребують уваги та допомоги фахівців у подоланні стресу, тривоги, адаптаційних труднощів, психологічної травми. Проблема психологічної допомоги членам сімей учасників бойових дій має не лише практичне, а й значне суспільне значення, оскільки від ефективності підтримки залежить соціальна стабільність, міжособистісні стосунки, психологічне здоров’я наступних поколінь. Попри наявність певних напрацювань, комплексні підходи до системної психологічної допомоги таким сім’ям у контексті сучасних викликів залишаються недостатньо розробленими, що зумовлює актуальність цього дослідження. Наукова новизна полягає у комплексному аналізі психологічних труднощів різних категорій членів сімей учасників бойових дій, розробці та апробації авторської моделі організації психологічної допомоги, а також формулюванні практичних рекомендацій для фахівців.EN : The work is presented on 63 pages of printed text, contains 9 tables, 8 figures, 6 appendices. The list of references includes 56 sources. The object of the study is psychological assistance to family members of combatants. The current socio-political situation in Ukraine, accompanied by large-scale combat operations in the east of the country, has significantly affected all spheres of society, in particular the psychological state of citizens. Particular attention today is drawn to the families of combatants, who face numerous social, economic and psychological difficulties. Members of such families, on the one hand, are a source of support for military personnel, and on the other hand, they themselves need the attention and help of specialists in overcoming stress, anxiety, adaptation difficulties, and psychological trauma. The problem of psychological assistance to family members of combatants has not only practical, but also significant social significance, since social stability, interpersonal relationships, and psychological health of future generations depend on the effectiveness of support. Despite the existence of certain developments, comprehensive approaches to systemic psychological assistance to such families in the context of modern challenges remain insufficiently developed, which determines the relevance of this study. The scientific novelty lies in the comprehensive analysis of psychological difficulties of different categories of family members of combatants, the development and testing of the author's model of organizing psychological assistance, as well as the formulation of practical recommendations for specialists.
