UA : В кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто теоретико-методологічні засади організаційно-правових аспектів співпраці інститутів влади та громадськості. Розглянуто особливості напрямів удосконалення організаційно-правових аспектів співпраці інститутів влади та громадськості. Певна увага приділяється виявленню перспектив і недоліків напрямів удосконалення організаційно-правових аспектів співпраці інститутів влади та громадськості.EN : In the qualification paper, the theoretical and methodological foundations of the organizational and legal aspects of cooperation between government institutions and the public are examined.
