Психологічні особливості формування професійної ідентичності підлітків в умовах соціальних змін

Abstract

У сучасних умовах соціальних змін, стрімкого розвитку суспільства та трансформації ринку праці питання професійного самовизначення підлітків набуває особливої актуальності. Сучасна молодь стикається з необхідністю раннього усвідомлення власних професійних інтересів, здібностей і життєвих орієнтирів, що зумовлює важливість формування професійної ідентичності вже у підлітковому віці. Професійна ідентичність є складним психологічним утворенням, що включає усвідомлення особистістю себе як майбутнього фахівця, прийняття цінностей обраної професії, формування професійних мотивів та визначення перспектив подальшого розвитку. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає в тому, що уточнено зміст професійної ідентичності підлітків як інтегративного психологічного утворення; визначено психологічні чинники її формування (самооцінка, рефлексія, мотивація) та охарактеризовано вплив соціального середовища (сім’ї, освітнього простору, соціальних мереж) в умовах соціальних змін. In modern conditions of social changes, rapid development of society and transformation of the labor market, the issue of professional self-determination of adolescents is becoming particularly relevant. Modern youth is faced with the need for early awareness of their own professional interests, abilities and life orientations, which determines the importance of forming a professional identity already in adolescence. Professional identity is a complex psychological formation that includes the awareness of the individual as a future specialist, acceptance of the values of the chosen profession, the formation of professional motives and determination of prospects for further development. The scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in the fact that the content of the professional identity of adolescents as an integrative psychological formation has been clarified; The psychological factors of its formation (self-esteem, reflection, motivation) are identified and the influence of the social environment (family, educational space, social networks) in the conditions of social changes is characterized. The feasibility of psychological support for the formation of the professional identity of adolescents is substantiated.
