Реформа публічного адміністрування медичної сфери США: досвід для України

Abstract

UA : Висновки: 1. Підтверджена гіпотеза, що досвід реформи публічного адміністрування медичної сфери США можна застосувати в Україні та запровадити базове загальнообов’язкове медичне страхування з можливістю його розширення. 2. Рекомендації під час проведення фокус-групи: розробка програми вдосконалення профілактичної медицини на базі первинної ланки медицини, удосконалення електронної системи охорони здоров’я. 3. Розвиток навчальної та науково-дослідницької діяльності під час підготовки фахівців у сфері медичного обслуговування населення.EN : Conclusions: The hypothesis that the experience of public administration reform in the healthcare sector in the USA can be applied in Ukraine and the introduction of basic mandatory health insurance with the possibility of its expansion has been confirmed. Recommendations during the focus group discussions include the development of a preventive medicine improvement program based on primary healthcare and the enhancement of the electronic healthcare system. The development of educational and research activities in the training of professionals in the field of healthcare services for the population.
