Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 108 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 25 таблиць, 8 рисунків, 5 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 70 джерело, з них 22 іноземною мовою. Об’єкт дослідження: процеси цифровізації бізнес-процесів на підприємстві ТОВ «Сільпо-Фуд». Предмет дослідження: сукупність теоретичних засад і практичних проблем, пов’язаних з організацією цифрових змін на підприємстві для забезпечення його фінансової стійкості та запобігання банкрутству. Мета роботи: аналіз теоретико-методичних та організаційних положень і розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо здійснення цифровізації бізнес-процесів як інструмента забезпечення стабільності функціонування та запобігання банкрутству. Завдання: 1) визначити сутність та принципи цифровізації бізнес-процесів підприємств; 2) дослідити підходи до оцінювання ефективності цифровізації бізнес-процесів підприємств; 3) провести аналіз ефективності впровадження цифрових рішень; 4) розробити науково-практичні рекомендації щодо удосконалення цифровізації бізнес-процесів як інструмента запобігання банкрутству. Методи досліджень: системний підхід до оцінки процесів цифровізації, аналіз фінансових показників діяльності підприємства, кількісний аналіз ефективності цифрових змін на прикладі ТОВ «Сільпо-Фуд», використання методів економічного прогнозування для оцінки ризиків банкрутства. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) удосконалено механізм цифровізації бізнес-процесів підприємства; 2) сформовано напрями забезпечення фінансової стабільності шляхом впровадження цифрових рішень; 3) розроблено науково-практичні рекомендації щодо цифровізації бізнес-процесів як інструмента запобігання банкрутству. Практичне значення одержаних результатів: пропозиції щодо цифровізації можуть бути використані для адаптації підприємства ТОВ «Сільпо-Фуд» до постійно змінюваних умов ринку, підвищення ефективності управлінських рішень та зменшення фінансових ризиків.EN : The work is presented on 108 pages of printed text, contains 25 tables, 8 figures, 5 annex. Object of research: the comprehensive processes involved in the digitalization of business operations at LLC «Silpo-Food», a retail enterprise operating in the competitive food and grocery sector. Subject of research: the integrated body of theoretical principles, methodological frameworks, and real-world challenges linked to the strategic organization and execution of digital transformations within the enterprise. The primary focus is on leveraging these transformations to strengthen financial resilience, optimize operational efficiency, and proactively mitigate the risk of bankruptcy in a volatile economic environment. Purpose of the work: to conduct an in-depth analysis of the theoretical, methodological, and organizational foundations of digitalization, and, based on this analysis, to formulate actionable, evidence-based practical recommendations. These recommendations position the digitalization of business processes as a strategic instrument for ensuring long-term operational stability, enhancing competitiveness, and preventing financial collapse. Tasks: 1) to clarify the conceptual essence, core principles, and strategic importance of digitalizing business processes across various enterprise functions; 2) to explore and critically evaluate existing methodologies and frameworks for measuring the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of digitalization initiatives in enterprise settings; 3) to perform a detailed empirical analysis of the outcomes and impacts resulting from the adoption of specific digital solutions at LLC «Silpo-Food»; 4) to develop a set of scientifically substantiated, practical, and implementable recommendations aimed at refining and optimizing the digitalization of business processes, explicitly framing it as a preventive mechanism against bankruptcy. Research methods: the study employs a multifaceted methodological toolkit, including: a systemic approach to holistically assess the interplay of digitalization processes; in-depth analysis of key financial performance indicators of the enterprise; quantitative evaluation of the effectiveness of digital transformations, illustrated through the case study of LLC «Silpo-Food»; and the application of advanced economic forecasting techniques to model and quantify potential bankruptcy risks under varying digital adoption scenarios. Practical Significance of the Obtained Results: the proposed digitalization strategies and recommendations offer tangible value for LLC «Silpo-Food» by enabling adaptive responses to dynamic market fluctuations, significantly improving the quality and timeliness of managerial decision-making, and systematically reducing exposure to financial vulnerabilities and bankruptcy risks. These insights may also serve as a reference framework for similar enterprises in the retail and food sectors.
