Актуальність дослідження ресурсного потенціалу особистості у кризових умовах життєдіяльності зумовлена необхідністю глибшого розуміння її внутрішніх орієнтирів, зокрема світоглядних засад, які визначають здатність до адаптації та подолання труднощів. Світогляд як системоутворювальний чинник впливає на ставлення до себе, світу та подій, що відбуваються, і формує внутрішню опору в умовах життєвих викликів. У кризових ситуаціях саме внутрішні ресурси, вкорінені у світоглядні настанови, сприяють збереженню цілісності особистості та реалізації її фундаментальних прав і свобод. Якість життя особистості в складних обставинах є не лише соціальним показником, а й відображенням її здатності мобілізувати ресурсний потенціал. Людиноцентрований підхід, метою якого є розвиток людини вимагає посиленої уваги науковців до вивчення її психоемоційного стану, виокремлення внутрішніх ресурсів інадання психологічної підтримки. Отже, дослідження ресурсного потенціалу є важливим для розробки ефективних механізмів психологічної допомоги й підвищення якості життя людей у кризових умовах. Therefore, the study of resource potential is important for the development of effective mechanisms of psychological assistance and improving the quality of life of people in crisis conditions.
