Abstract
EN : The work is presented on 80 pages of printed text, contains 9 figures, 11 tables, 4 appendices. The list of references includes 39 sources. The object of the study is women's leadership in frontline areas. The modern world poses numerous challenges to Ukrainian society related to socio-political, economic and military conflicts. These problems are especially acute in frontline areas, where constant instability, high levels of stress and uncertainty create difficult conditions for life, work and personal development. In such conditions, the role of women as leaders, capable of ensuring stability, support and effective interaction in public and professional groups, attracts special attention. The relevance of the problem of developing women's leadership in frontline areas is due to several factors. Firstly, women in conflict areas often perform social, professional and family roles simultaneously, which creates high psychological stress and requires the development of personal resilience and effective management skills. Secondly, the leadership qualities of women in such conditions become a key factor in organizing community life, supporting social integration, developing public initiatives and adapting to constant changes. Thirdly, the scientific understanding of psychological factors that contribute to the formation and development of women's leadership allows developing effective programs to support and develop the potential of women leaders in crisis conditions. Scientific novelty: development of practical recommendations and programs for the development of women's leadership.
