Формування системи управління економічною безпекою промислового підприємства ПАТ «Запоріжсталь»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 103 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 21 таблицю, 16 рисунків, 3 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 72 джерел, з них 6 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є система управління економічною безпекою промислового підприємства. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичні підходи та практичні механізми забезпечення економічної безпеки ПАТ «Запоріжсталь». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є формування ефективної системи управління економічною безпекою промислового підприємства ПАТ «Запоріжсталь» шляхом аналізу його фінансового стану, оцінювання рівня економічної безпеки та розробки заходів з її підвищення. Завдання дослідження: 1) узагальнити теоретичні підходи до визначення економічної безпеки підприємства; 2) визначити складові системи управління економічною безпекою підприємства; 3) виконати оцінювання складових економічної безпеки ПАТ «Запоріжсталь»; 4) розробити пропозиції щодо удосконалення організаційного механізму управління ефективністю операційної діяльності підприємства. Методи дослідження: систематизація та узагальнення, системний аналіз, методи аналізу та синтезу, методи індукції та дедукції, метод групувань, графічний метод, методи економіко-статистичного аналізу. Інформаційна база дослідження: Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) удосконалено організаційний механізм управління ефективністю операційної діяльності підприємства; 2) набуло подальшого розвитку обґрунтування доцільності впровадження механізму контролінгу в систему управління економічною безпекою підприємства. Розроблені рекомендації можуть бути використані в діяльності промислових підприємств для підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможність та забезпечити стабільний розвиток у довгостроковій перспективі.EN : The work is presented on 103 pages of printed text, contains 21 tables, 16 figures, 3 annex. The list of referеnces includes 72 sources, 6 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the economic security management system of an industrial enterprise. The subject of the study is theoretical and methodological approaches and practical mechanisms for ensuring the economic security of PJSC "Zaporizhstal". The purpose of the master’s qualification work is to form an effective economic security management system of the industrial enterprise PJSC «Zaporizhstal» by analyzing its financial condition, assessing the level of economic security and developing measures to increase it. Research objectives: 1) to generalize theoretical approaches to determining the economic security of the enterprise; 2) to determine the components of the economic security management system of the enterprise; 3) to evaluate the components of the economic security of PJSC «Zaporizhstal»; 4) to develop proposals for improving the organizational mechanism for managing the efficiency of the enterprise’s operational activities. Research methods: The following general scientific and special methods were used in the research process: systematization and generalization - to analyze the essence of the economic security of an industrial enterprise, the main characteristics and components of the mechanism for its provision; system analysis - to determine the components of the enterprise's economic security management system, their relationship and impact on the financial stability of the enterprise; methods of analysis and synthesis - used to study the features of managing financial stability, liquidity and business activity of PJSC «Zaporizhstal»; methods of induction and deduction - used in the process of forming conclusions regarding the state of the enterprise's economic security and its financial support; grouping method - used to assess the financial indicators of the enterprise and identify the main threats to financial stability; graphical method - used to visualize the dynamics of financial indicators and reflect the relationships between the components of the enterprise's financial security; methods of economic and statistical analysis - used to assess the financial results of the enterprise's activities, identify trends in its development. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) the organizational mechanism for managing the efficiency of the enterprise’s operational activities has been improved; 2) the justification for the feasibility of introducing the controlling mechanism into the enterprise’s economic security management system has been further developed. The developed recommendations can be used in the activities of industrial enterprises to increase their competitiveness and ensure stable development in the long term.
