Диверсифікація фінансування бізнесу в умовах повномасштабної війни в Україні

Abstract

UA : В кваліфікаційній роботі обґрунтовано теоретичні основи диверсифікації фінансування бізнесу в умовах воєнної економіки; систематизовано сучасні моделі, інструменти та джерела фінансування підприємств у кризових умовах; розроблено модель диверсифікації фінансування бізнесу з урахуванням ризику та вартості капіталу; реалізовано побудовану модель на прикладі діяльності ТОВ «Новатрейд Україна»; оцінено економічний ефект від впровадження моделі та сформульовано практичні рекомендації щодо підвищення фінансової стійкості підприємств. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає у подальшому розвитку теоретико-методичних засад диверсифікації фінансування бізнесу в кризових умовах та розробці моделі оптимізації структури джерел фінансування.EN : The qualification work substantiates the theoretical foundations of business financing diversification in the conditions of a war economy; systematizes modern models, tools and sources of financing for enterprises in crisis conditions; develops a model of business financing diversification taking into account risk and the cost of capital; implements the constructed model on the example of the activities of LLC "Novatrade Ukraine"; assesses the economic effect of implementing the model and formulates practical recommendations for increasing the financial stability of enterprises. The scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in the further development of theoretical and methodological principles of diversifying business financing in crisis conditions and the development of a model for optimizing the structure of financing sources.
