Abstract
UA : Об’єкт дослідження: процес соціальної реадаптації військовослужбовців в
сучасному українському суспільстві.
Предмет дослідження – зміст, форми і методи соціальної реадаптації
військовослужбовців в громаді.
Мета дослідження – дослідження сучасних інституційних підходів до
процесу соціальної реадаптації колишніх військовослужбовців.
Методи дослідження: аналіз літературних джерел; сучасних досліджень,
нормативних документів; емпіричні – діагностичні методи відповідно до завдань
дослідження: анкетування, опитування; загальні методи наукового пізнання
(діалектичний, логічний, абстрагування, аналіз і синтез, індукція й дедукція).
Наукове значення отриманих результатів визначається оцінкою та
визначенням потреб військовослужбовців, ветеранів війни та їх сімей.
Практичне значення полягає у тому, що в результаті дослідження будуть
визначені основні фактори та механізм їх впливу на процес соціальної адаптації
учасників АТО, що дозволить більш ефективно планувати та проводити
практичні заходи з соціальної реадаптації, спираючись на наявні ресурси та
реальні потреби самих ветеранів.
Галузь використання: громади, громадські організації, соціальні установи.
EN : The study reveals the problem of social adaptation and re-adaptation of militaries, modern approaches to this process. The purpose of the study is to identify modern institutional approaches to the process of social re-adaptation of former military personnel. The purposes of the study: 1. To analyse the problem of social support, social protection of servicemen and their families and to clarify the essence of the concepts of “adaptation” and “readaptation”. 2. To analyse and identify modern approaches to social adaptation and readaptation of servicemen. 3. To conduct an empirical study of the needs of combatants and their families for social services. 4. To develop a model of social readaptation of military personnel in the community. The object of the study is the process of social rehabilitation of military personnel in modern Ukrainian society. The subject of the study is the content, forms and methods of social re-adaptation of servicemen in the community. Part 1, “Theoretical foundations of the problem of social adaptation and readaptation of militaries”, reveals the concept of social readaptation, its importance for servicemen and ATO veterans, characterizes social support and social protection of servicemen in the current conditions, substantiates modern approaches to social adaptation and readaptation of servicemen. Part 2, “Research of difficulties and needs of militaries and their families”, identifies the needs of servicemen, war veterans and their families. In the course of the study, a model of social readaptation of servicemen in the community was developed. The main factors and the mechanism of their influence on the process of social adaptation of ATO participants were identified, which will allow for more effective planning and implementation of practical measures for social rehabilitation, based on available resources and the real needs of the veterans themselves. In the course of our study, we first of all identified the peculiarities of the process of social readaptation of servicemen in modern Ukrainian society, and defined the content, forms and methods of social re-adaptation of servicemen in the community, which contributed to the further selection of questionnaires and methods for determining the needs of servicemen and their families.
