Нове будівництво кіноцентру у м. Запоріжжя

Abstract

UA : У проекті представлені такі основні розділи: архітектурно-будівельний, розрахунково-конструктивний, технологія зведення будівель, організація будівельного виробництва, економіка будівництва, охорона праці. В архітектурній частині було визначено об’ємно-планувальне рішення будівлі, виконано теплотехнічний розрахунок стінової огорожі. Конструктивная схема каркаса будівлі. У основу розрахунку покладений метод кінцевих елементів в переміщеннях. У конструктивній системі каркаса виділено дві підсистеми конструкцій, що несуть: горизонтальні і вертикальні. Збір навантаження. Технологічна карта на улаштування вентильованого фасаду, для цього було розроблено калькуляцію трудових витрат і схему виконання робіт, а також календарний графік робіт. У розділі організація будівельного виробництва розраховано сітьовий графік для визначення тривалості будівельних робіт, розроблено майданчик під будівництво розважального кіноцентру з розташуванням складів і тимчасових будівель. В розділі економіка будівництва виконано розрахунок кошторисної вартості будівництва у вигляді локального кошторису на загальнобудівельні роботи.EN : The project presents the following main sections: architectural and construction, design and construction, building construction technology, organization of construction production, construction economics, labor protection. In the section organization of construction production, a network schedule was calculated to determine the duration of construction work, a site for the construction of an entertainment cinema center with the location of warehouses and temporary buildings was developed. In the section of construction economics, the calculation of the estimated cost of construction in the form of a local estimate for general construction works is performed.
