Використання prompt-технології у відновлювальному навчанні при моторних афазіях

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження – процес відновлення мовлення у пацієнтів з аферентною моторною афазією після ішемічного інсульту. Предмет дослідження – зміст, форма та метод корекції аферентної моторної афазії пацієнтів після ішемічного інсульту засобами PROMPT-терапії. Мета дослідження: комплексний аналіз теоретичних засад і практичних аспектів застосування PROMPT-терапії у відновленні мовлення у пацієнтів з аферентною моторною афазією, зумовленою ішемічним інсультом. Методи дослідження: теоретичні – аналіз літератури з психології, педагогіки та логопедії для дослідження моторної афазії та методів її корекції; емпіричні – діагностика мовленнєвих функцій пацієнтів з аферентною моторною афазією, формувальний експеримент з апробації PROMPT-терапії та оцінка її ефективності; кількісна та якісна обробка даних – порівняння, аналіз відсоткових показників, описове спостереження. Теоретичне значення дослідження полягає у систематизації знань про аферентну моторну афазію, уточненні її психологічних та логопедичних характеристик, а також розробці основ використання PROMPT-терапії для відновлення мовлення після інсульту. Практична значущість роботи – у створенні ефективного алгоритму корекційної роботи для пацієнтів з аферентною моторною афазією на основі PROMPT-терапії, що можуть використовувати логопеди та фахівці з реабілітації для поліпшення якості життя пацієнтів. Галузь використання: заклади охорони здоров’я, які надають послуги з відновного лікування після інсульту.EN : The qualification work provides a theoretical survey and presents an experimental study on the application of PROMPT technology in rehabilitative training for patients with afferent motor aphasia following an ischemic stroke. It explores methods and approaches for the effective correction of motor aphasia in adult patients. The research object is the process of speech rehabilitation in patients with afferent motor aphasia post-ischemic stroke. The research subject – the content, form, and methods of correcting afferent motor aphasia in post-stroke patients through PROMPT therapy. The aim of the study is to establish a theoretical foundation and conduct experimental verification of the effectiveness of PROMPT therapy in restoring speech in patients with afferent motor aphasia. The tasks of the qualification work: 1) To analyze the literature on speech communication issues in patients with motor aphasia following ischemic stroke; 2) To investigate the causes, pathophysiology, and consequences of ischemic stroke leading to motor aphasia; 3) To describe the types and characteristics of motor aphasia observed in adult patients; 4) To outline the primary directions of correctional work with patients suffering from motor aphasia in the post-stroke period; 5) To examine the theoretical principles of PROMPT therapy as a speech 6 correction method and its potential in speech restoration; 6) To analyze the practical application of PROMPT therapy during the rehabilitation period post-stroke; 7) To conduct an experimental study assessing the effectiveness of PROMPT therapy for motor aphasia correction. To address these tasks and test the hypothesis, the study applied general scientific research methods: theoretical (analysis of psychological, pedagogical, and speech therapy literature; comparison, analysis, and synthesis of obtained data) and empirical (diagnostics of speech function, formative experiment, quantitative and qualitative data analysis). Section 1 “Theoretical aspects of motor aphasia and ischemic stroke” defines motor aphasia and provides an overview of the causes and consequences of ischemic stroke affecting speech. Section 2 “Correction of motor aphasia using PROMPT therapy” describes the fundamentals of PROMPT therapy, practical application in the post-stroke period, and the results of its experimental use in speech rehabilitation for patients with afferent motor aphasia. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed approach using PROMPT therapy in restoring speech functions in post-stroke patients with afferent motor aphasia.
