Abstract

UA : У сучасному світі спостерігається суттєве зростання популярності популістських політичних сил, і Європа не є винятком. В умовах численних соціально-економічних та політичних криз, а також зниження рівня довіри до традиційних еліт, популістські партії активно посилюють свої позиції в країнах Європейського Союзу. Особливого впливу набуває правий популізм, який виступає серйозним викликом для функціонування національних політичних систем. Поширення його ідей проявляється у зростанні націоналізму, євроскептицизму та антиімміграційних настроїв, що безпосередньо впливає на формування урядових коаліцій і прийняття ключових рішень як на національному, так і на наднаціональному рівнях. Це зумовлює необхідність дослідження впливу правого популізму, оскільки розуміння цих процесів є важливим для прогнозування стабільності демократичних інститутів та ефективного реагування традиційних політичних партій на сучасні виклики. Попри значну кількість досліджень популізму, правий популізм як політичне явище у контексті трансформації традиційних партійних систем залишається недостатньо розкритим. Зокрема, потребують подальшого аналізу питання типології правопопулістських партій, їхніх методів мобілізації електорату та стратегій впливу на політичний ландшафт. Дослідження цих аспектів дозволяє заповнити наявні наукові прогалини, сформувати цілісне уявлення про динаміку сучасних партійних систем у Європі та оцінити потенційні наслідки для демократичного розвитку континенту. Проблемна ситуація. Риторика правих популістів набуває значного відгуку у європейського виборця, через це традиційні політичні партії почали намагатися підлаштуватися під наявну політичну ситуацію, й переймають деякі позиції популістської програми. Це дає змогу їм конкурувати за виборця, проте створює враження нормалізації цих ідей й відкриває шлях для їх подальшої радикалізації й дестабілізації політичної системи.EN : In the modern world, there is a significant increase in the popularity of populist political forces, and Europe is no exception. In the context of numerous socio-economic and political crises, as well as a decrease in the level of trust in traditional elites, populist parties are actively strengthening their positions in the countries of the European Union. Right-wing populism is gaining particular influence, which poses a serious challenge to the functioning of national political systems. The spread of its ideas is manifested in the growth of nationalism, Euroscepticism and anti-immigration sentiments, which directly affects the formation of government coalitions and the adoption of key decisions at both the national and supranational levels. This necessitates the study of the impact of right-wing populism, since understanding these processes is important for predicting the stability of democratic institutions and the effective response of traditional political parties to modern challenges. Despite the significant amount of research on populism, right-wing populism as a political phenomenon in the context of the transformation of traditional party systems remains insufficiently explored. In particular, the typology of right-wing populist parties, their methods of mobilizing the electorate, and strategies for influencing the political landscape require further analysis. The study of these aspects allows us to fill existing scientific gaps, form a holistic picture of the dynamics of modern party systems in Europe, and assess the potential consequences for the democratic development of the continent. Problematic situation. The rhetoric of right-wing populists is gaining significant resonance among European voters, which is why traditional political parties have begun to try to adapt to the existing political situation and adopt some positions of the populist program. This allows them to compete for voters, but creates the impression of normalizing these ideas and paves the way for their further radicalization and destabilization of the political system.
