Мотиваційні детермінанти вибору стратегії професійної діяльності в умовах змінного ринку праці

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження: мотиваційна сфера особистості в процесі професійної діяльності. Дослідження зайнятості населення характеризується кризовістю та є надзвичайно важливою на даному етапі, адже визначає рівень і якість життя як окремих громадян, так і українського суспільства в цілому. На сьогодні, ринок праці характеризується високою варіативністю, нестабільністю та підвищеними вимогами до професійної мобільності особистості. Віймькові дії, трансформаційні процеси в економіці, поширення дистанційних форм зайнятості та невизначеність зумовлюють необхідність гнучкого конструювання індивідом власної професійної стратегії. Особливо відчутно ці зміни проявилися в Україні в умовах повномасштабної війни, яка спричинила різку перебудову структури зайнятості, втрату робочих місць, релокацію підприємств, зміну професійних орієнтацій та вимушену міграцію мільйонів громадян. Значна кількість людей опинилася у ситуації вимушеного професійного переорієнтування, необхідності опановувати нові компетентності або кардинально змінювати сферу діяльності. Це посилює роль мотиваційних детермінант у виборі стратегії професійної діяльності, адже саме мотивація визначає здатність особистості адаптуватися до кризових умов, підтримувати працездатність, будувати професійні плани і здійснювати конструктивні рішення в умовах невизначеності. Все це посилює важливість розвитку адаптивних стратегій в умоваї воєнних викликів. Наукова новизна полягає у тому, що проведено комплексний аналіз мотиваційної сфери здобувачів роботи в умовах воєнної нестабільності, що дало змогу виявити специфічні закономірності впливу мотиваційних чинників та рівня тривожності на вибір стратегій професійної діяльності.EN : The work is presented on 94 pages, printed text, 15 figures, 7 tables, 1 appendix. The study of the employment of the population is characterized by crisis and is extremely important at this stage, as it determines the level and quality of life of both individual citizens and Ukrainian society as a whole. Today, the labor market is characterized by high variability, instability and increased requirements for the professional mobility of the individual. Hostilities, transformational processes in the economy, the spread of remote forms of employment and uncertainty necessitate the flexible construction of an individual's own professional strategy. These changes were especially noticeable in Ukraine in the conditions of a full-scale war, which caused a sharp restructuring of the employment structure, loss of jobs, relocation of enterprises, change of professional orientations and forced migration of millions of citizens. A significant number of people found themselves in a situation of forced professional reorientation, the need to master new competencies or radically change the field of activity. This enhances the role of motivational determinants in choosing a strategy for professional activity, because it is motivation that determines the ability of an individual to adapt to crisis conditions, maintain work capacity, build professional plans and implement constructive decisions in conditions of uncertainty. All this enhances the importance of developing adaptive strategies in conditions of military challenges. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that a comprehensive analysis of the motivational sphere of job seekers in conditions of military instability was conducted, which made it possible to identify specific patterns of the influence of motivational factors and the level of anxiety on the choice of professional activity strategies.
