Особливості влаштування бомбосховищ та укриттів у прифронтових містах України

Abstract

UA : У роботі досліджені особливості влаштування бомбосховищ та укриттів у прифронтових містах України в умовах активних військових дій. Проаналізований поточний стан існуючих споруд цивільного захисту, оцінена їх ефективність у забезпеченні безпеки населення, а також виявлені основні проблеми, пов'язані з їх проєктуванням, будівництвом та експлуатацією. У контексті сучасних загроз, що виникають під час війни, приділена увага адаптації існуючих укриттів до нових типів військових атак, таких як ракетні удари, артилерійські обстріли та авіаудари.EN : The article examines the special features of bomb shelters and shelters in the frontline cities of Ukraine in the conditions of active military operations. The current state of existing civil defense structures was analyzed, their effectiveness in ensuring the safety of the population was assessed, and the main problems associated with their design, construction and operation were identified. In the context of modern threats arising during war, attention is paid to the adaptation of existing shelters to new types of military attacks, such as missile strikes, artillery barrages, and airstrikes.
