UA : В кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано теоретико-методологічні засади розробки моделі удосконалення лідерських якостей керівника та його команди в умовах нестабільності. З’ясовано аналітико-дослідницькі виміри розробки моделі удосконалення лідерських якостей керівника та його команди. Розроблено модель трансформаційного лідерства та команди керівника в умовах кризи та нестабільності. Обґрунтовано шляхи та напрями удосконалення моделі керівника для умов кризи і нестабільності.EN : The qualification paper analyzed the theoretical and methodological principles of developing a model for improving the leadership qualities of the manager and his team in conditions of instability. The analytical and research dimensions of the development of a model for improving the leadership qualities of the manager and his team have been clarified. A model of transformational leadership and a manager's team in conditions of crisis and instability has been developed. The ways and directions of improving the manager's model for conditions of crisis and instability are substantiated.
