Abstract

Об'єкт дослідження: діяльність фахівців у системі Державної служби зайнятості Предмет дослідження: процес соціально-педагогічної адаптації ветеранів до мирного життя. Мета дослідження: теоретичне обґрунтування та експериментальна перевірка ефективності організації та впровадження соціально-педагогічної адаптації ветеранів до мирного життя в умовах Державної служби зайнятості. Методи дослідження: теоретичні: аналіз літературних джерел; систематизація, узагальнення, системно-структурний аналіз, порівняння та зіставлення різних поглядів на досліджувану проблему; емпіричні: анкетування; методи математичної статистики. Теоретичне значення роботи полягає у здійснені теоретичного аналізу понять, які утворюють підґрунтя діяльності фахівців Державної служби зайнятості з адаптації ветеранів до мирного життя: адаптація, соціальна адаптація, соціально-педагогічна адаптація, соціальне середовище. Практичне значення роботи полягає в розробці програми соціально педагогічної адаптації ветеранів до мирного життя. Object of the study: the activities of specialists in the system of the State Employment Service. Subject of the study: the process of social and pedagogical adaptation of veterans to peaceful life. Purpose of the study: theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of the effectiveness of the organisation and implementation of social and pedagogical adaptation of veterans to peaceful life in the conditions of the State Employment Service. The tasks of the qualification work: 1) theoretically analyze the activities of specialists in the system of the state employment service with veterans; 2) to substantiate the adaptation of veterans to living conditions in a civilian environment; 3) to investigate the state of socio-pedagogical adaptation of veterans to peaceful life; 4) to draw up a program for the adaptation of veterans to peaceful life. Research methods: theoretical: analysis of literature sources; systematisation, generalisation, systemic and structural analysis, comparison and contrast of different views on the problem under study; empirical: questionnaires; methods of mathematical statistics. The theoretical significance of the work lies in the theoretical analysis of the concepts that form the basis of the activities of specialists of the State Employment Service for the adaptation of veterans to peaceful life: adaptation, social adaptation, socio-pedagogical adaptation, social environment. The practical significance of the work is to develop a programme of social and pedagogical adaptation of veterans to peaceful life. Field of application: social institutions, vocational education institutions, employment centres.
