Цифрові платформи в соціальній роботі

Abstract

UA : Мета дослідження: проаналізувати роль та функціональні можливості цифрових платформ у соціальній роботі, оцінити їх вплив на ефективність надання соціальних послуг та визначити напрями вдосконалення їх використання в Україні. Об’єкт дослідження: цифрові платформи у сфері соціальної роботи. Предмет дослідження: функціональні характеристики, переваги та ризики використання цифрових платформ у соціальній роботі. Методи дослідження: аналіз, синтез, анкетування, статистичний аналіз. Гіпотеза: ефективне використання цифрових платформ у соціальній роботі сприяє модернізації системи соціальних послуг в Україні, забезпечує прозорість, доступність та контроль їх надання. Іхній потенціал реалізується за умови розвитку цифрових компетентностей соціальних працівників, удосконалення нормативно-правової бази та подолання цифрової нерівності. Висновки: 1. Цифрові платформи виступають провідним інструментом модернізації соціальної сфери, які забезпечують оперативний доступ до послуг, підвищення прозорості та ефективний контроль за їх наданням. 2. Результативність цифрової трансформації визначається узгодженою взаємодією державних інституцій, місцевих громад та організацій громадянського суспільства. 3. У контексті війни та післявоєнної відбудови цифровізація набуває статусу стратегічного ресурсу, що забезпечує соціальну стабільність та сприяє інтеграції населення.EN : The aim of the research is to analyze the role and functional capabilities of digital platforms in social work, assess their impact on the efficiency of social service delivery, and identify directions for improving their use in Ukraine. Research Object – digital platforms in the field of social work. Research Subject – functional characteristics, advantages, and risks of using digital platforms in social work. Research Methods: analysis, synthesis, survey, statistical analysis. Hypothesis: the effective use of digital platforms in social work modernizes the system of social services in Ukraine by ensuring transparency, accessibility, and control over service delivery. At the same time, their potential can only be realized through the development of digital competencies among social workers, improvement of the legal framework, and overcoming digital inequality. Conclusions: 1. Digital platforms have become a key instrument in modernizing the social sphere, as they ensure faster access to services, greater transparency, and effective control over their provision. 2. The effectiveness of digital transformation depends on coordinated interaction among state institutions, local communities, and civil society organizations, as well as on the development of digital competencies among social work professionals. In the context of war and post-war recovery, digitalization acquires the status of a strategic resource that ensures social stability and promotes social integration.
