Фінансові механізми забезпечення економічної безпеки АТ «Південний гірничо-збагачувальний комбінат» в умовах війни

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 120 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 22 таблиці, 19 рисунків, 6 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 80 джерел, з них 6 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства АТ «Південний гірничо-збагачувальний комбінат» в умовах війни за допомогою фінансових механізмів. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних засад та прикладних проблем, пов’язаних із організацією процесу забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства за допомогою фінансових механізмів. Метою роботи є аналіз теоретико-організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо застосування фінансових механізмів задля забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства в умовах війни. Завдання: 1) визначити сутність, значення та роль економічної безпеки підприємства та особливості організації механізму її забезпечення; 2) здійснити аналіз організаційно-економічних показників діяльності підприємства; 3) розробити заходи щодо удосконалення механізму забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства. Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, методи дедукції та індукції, аналізу та синтезу, логічний метод. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) запропоновано шляхи удосконалення механізму забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства; 2) запропоновано заходи щодо оптимізації витрат підприємства; 3) запропоновано впровадження комплексної системи ризик-менеджменту підприємства. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо оптимізації механізму управління забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства можуть бути використані в його практичній діяльності.EN : The work is presented on 120 pages of printed text, contains 22 tables, 19 figures, 6 annex. The object of the research is the processes of ensuring the economic security of the enterprise JSC «Southern Mining and Processing Plant» in war conditions using financial mechanisms. The subject of the research is a set of theoretical principles and applied problems related to the organization of the process of ensuring the economic security of an enterprise using financial mechanisms. The purpose of the work is to analyze theoretical and organizational provisions and develop practical recommendations for the application of financial mechanisms to ensure the economic security of an enterprise in wartime. Tasks: 1) determine the essence, significance and role of the economic security of the enterprise and the features of the organization of the mechanism for its provision; 2) carry out an analysis of the organizational and economic indicators of the enterprise’s activities; 3) develop measures to improve the mechanism for ensuring the economic security of the enterprise. Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic events and processes. During research performance scientific methods of cognition were used: methods of induction and deduction, terminological analysis and comparison, calculation methods, theoretical generalization; cause-effect relationship methods, abstract-logical method and logical method. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) ways to improve the mechanism for ensuring the economic security of the enterprise are proposed; 2) measures to optimize the enterprise’s costs are proposed; 3) the implementation of a comprehensive enterprise risk management system is proposed. Practical significance of the obtained results. Proposals for optimizing the management mechanism for ensuring the economic security of an enterprise can be used in its practical activities. The results of the study are aimed at the processes of ensuring the economic security of the enterprise and increasing the efficiency of its activities through financial mechanisms and can be implemented in the practice of other enterprises. The results of the study can be used by heads of financial departments of enterprises to develop tactical and strategic decisions on optimizing the mechanism for ensuring economic security, the use by the enterprise of various means and Internet marketing tools, implementation of a comprehensive risk management system, which should become an important component of the overall enterprise management system, optimization of the enterprise’s cost structure, which will make it possible to manage costs and control costs at all stages of production.
