Ідеологічні основи процесу сучасного державотворення

Abstract

UA : Дослідження ідеологічних основ процесу сучасного державотворення є вкрай актуальним, оскільки визначає напрям розвитку держави, забезпечує єдність суспільства та держави, і створює фундамент для сталого майбутнього. Ідеологія виконує ключову функцію структурування політичного простору, забезпечуючи єдність сенсів, цінностей та цілей, без яких неможливе функціонування стійкої держави. У процесі державотворення саме ідеологія визначає легітимність влади, обґрунтовує необхідність політичних інститутів та регулює взаємовідносини між державою і громадянами. В сучасних умовах відсутність цілісного наукового бачення ідеологічних основ державотворення ускладнює процес формування національної політики. Чітка ідеологічна основа є необхідною для розробки ефективних державних стратегій, політичних програм, виховання молоді, розвитку культури пам’яті та громадянської активності. Через стрімкі політичні, соціальні та військові зміни питання ідеологічних основ державотворення набуває нового змісту і вимагає сучасної інтерпретації. У сучасному світі ідеологія має справу з новими феноменами: глобалізація, мультикультуралізм, інформаційна війна, постмодерн. Дослідження ідеології державотворення вимагає поєднання класичних концепцій із аналізом сучасних процесів. Проблемна ситуація полягає у тому, що внаслідок значної заідеологізованості державотворчих практик минулого сторіччя, на сьогодні, актуальність ідеології як такої значно зменшилася. На противагу виваженим ідеологічним цінностям наразі функціонує популізм, який здатен нівелювати практичні якісні напрацювання ідеологічних досягнень державотворчого процесу.EN : The study of the ideological foundations of the process of modern state formation is extremely relevant, as it determines the direction of state development, ensures the unity of society and the state, and creates a foundation for a sustainable future. Ideology performs a key function of structuring the political space, ensuring the unity of meanings, values, and goals, without which the functioning of a stable state is impossible. In the process of state formation, it is ideology that determines the legitimacy of power, justifies the need for political institutions, and regulates the relationship between the state and citizens. In modern conditions, the lack of a holistic scientific vision of the ideological foundations of state formation complicates the process of forming national policy. A clear ideological foundation is necessary for the development of effective state strategies, political programs, youth education, the development of a culture of memory, and civic activism. Due to rapid political, social, and military changes, the issue of the ideological foundations of state formation acquires a new meaning and requires a modern interpretation. In the modern world, ideology deals with new phenomena: globalization, multiculturalism, information warfare, and postmodernity. The study of the ideology of state-building requires a combination of classical concepts with the analysis of modern processes. The problematic situation is that due to the significant ideologisation of state-building practices of the last century, today the relevance of ideology as such has significantly decreased. In contrast to balanced ideological values, populism is currently operating, which is capable of leveling the practical qualitative developments of ideological achievements of the state-building process.
