Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота на тему: «Удосконалення системи управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства»: 83 сторінки, 7 таблиць, 6 рисунків, 6 формул, 1 додаток. Перелік посилань нараховує 33 найменувань. Актуальність теми обумовлена необхідністю забезпечення стійкої конкурентної позиції вітчизняних підприємств у сучасних умовах динамічного ринкового середовища. Для підприємств галузі виробництва автомобільних причепів особливо важливим є формування ефективної системи управління конкурентоспроможністю, яка дозволить оперативно реагувати на зміни попиту, технологічні інновації та дії конкурентів. ТОВ «УРСАГРУПП», як один із провідних виробників автомобільних причепів в Україні, потребує комплексного аналізу конкурентних переваг та розробки стратегічних напрямів їх зміцнення. Метою даної роботи є аналіз існуючої системи управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства та розробка науково обґрунтованих рекомендацій щодо її вдосконалення в умовах конкурентного середовища. Об'єкт дослідження – система управління конкурентоспроможністю ТОВ «УРСАГРУПП». Інформаційна база дослідження включає установчі та фінансово-економічні документи підприємства, звітність про продажі, дані про конкурентне середовище, наукові праці вітчизняних та зарубіжних учених з питань управління конкурентоспроможністю, матеріали періодичних видань та інтернет-ресурсів. У роботі проаналізовано теоретичні засади управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства, досліджено організаційно-економічну характеристику та основні показники діяльності ТОВ «УРСАГРУПП», проведено аналіз конкурентного середовища підприємства, виявлено ключові проблеми організаційно-економічної діяльності. На основі проведеного дослідження розроблено стратегічні напрями вдосконалення системи управління конкурентоспроможністю та запропоновано конкретні заходи щодо підвищення конкурентних переваг підприємства з оцінкою їх економічної ефективності.EN : Qualification work on the topic: Improving the Enterprise competitiveness management system: 83 pages, 7 tables, 6 figures, 6 formulas, 1 appendices. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to ensure a stable competitive position of domestic enterprises in the current conditions of a dynamic market environment. For enterprises in the automotive trailer manufacturing industry, it is particularly important to develop an effective competitiveness management system that will allow them to respond quickly to changes in demand, technological innovations, and competitors' actions. URSA GROUP LLC, as one of the leading manufacturers of automotive trailers in Ukraine, needs a comprehensive analysis of competitive advantages and the development of strategic directions for their strengthening. The purpose of this work is to analyze the existing system of competitiveness management of the enterprise and to develop scientifically based recommendations for its improvement in a competitive environment. The object of research is the competitiveness management system of URSA GROUP LLC. The information base of the study includes the company's founding and financial and economic documents, sales reports, data on the competitive environment, scientific works by domestic and foreign scientists on competitiveness management, materials from periodicals and Internet resources. The paper analyzes the theoretical foundations of enterprise competitiveness management, examines the organizational and economic characteristics and key performance indicators of URSA GROUP LLC, analyzes the competitive environment of the enterprise, and identifies key problems in its organizational and economic activities. The study resulted in the development of strategic guidelines for improving the competitiveness management system and proposed specific measures to enhance the enterprise's competitive advantages, including an assessment of their economic efficiency.
